Incredible customer service and honest. I have used them two times for two different Prius vehicles. They understand how a Prius works and didn't sell unneeded repairs. The vehicle for the most recent repair was recently purchased. They informed me that it had a prepaid maintenance agreement from the original purchaser that expired soon and they provided some free services. The dealership that I bought the car from never informed me of the package. Now that's going way above expectations. I can't say enough good things about my service contact "Sonny".

Our salesman was Christopher Santiago, I made him aware that I had a limited amount of time because I had to go to work. He expedited everything and got us in and out in no time. He was professional and courteous and made us feel like we were family! I will definitely be returning!
