Darius went above and beyond to delight me. I appreciated the thorough inspection of my 2001 Tundra, it provided me with details about what my Toyota needed. I especially appreciate being able to be shown in person what was needed.

Great experience thanks to my sales agent, Sonja Stewart, who went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with my new Highlander. She is patient, kind, and above all was not pushy like most agents! A certain manager, Colin, however, was an unpleasant and condescending individual.

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
My service Manager - John Mannering is great. His customer service skills and concern for me is always Top Notch!! As a senior citizen I have seen many dealerships and service departments, from what I was told and what I have experienced I will continue to go to the Toyota South for purchases and service. I pass up others dealerships closer to my home.

Gerald Randle could not have been better for our needs. He was able to place a hold on the Truck I wanted for a day or so until I could get to the dealership. He made sure we were taken care of in every way.
Toyota South has serviced my car since I purchased it in Dec. 2012. They are professionnal and competent. Appointments are readily available but might require a wait during service. The price for serivce is reasonable. They are friendly, helpful and honest. I would recommend Toyota South for your purchase and service.
Mr. Duane Beard was very patient as he answered all of me and my mother's questions . He was very informative and very knowledgeable /which helped us out a lot . We're not rich but he treated us like royalty. It's great to know that customer service still exist.

I was just seeing what the new Prius had changed since my 10 year old vehicle and my salesperson Maliik Tooley discussed all the new improvements since my last purchase and also answered my questions about trying to get the 2018 or waiting for the 2019 to come in. I thought he was very knowledgeble and worked with me to make the best decision. I decided to go on and buy the new vehicle and knew it was not on the lot but should be arriving within a few days with my color choice and all the options I wanted.

Before I make any big purchase such as a vehicle. I make it a duty to research the spec's of a vehicle. Everything from safety to space for my family. The salesman was prepared for my question and even covered things I had missed on my research of the vehicle.
Stopping in for the first time for an oil change, I was met with great enthusiasm and professionalism by Cody McLemore. He made my stay incredibly efficient and comfortable. Even with long waits, this service center was able to make this visit as quick and affordable as possible. I really can't praise Cody and the whole staff much more. They were fantastic!
