My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
Ryan was our salesperson and he was super! Found us the exact car we wanted at a really great price. Easy and upfront to deal with. Made the entire experience hassle free and easy. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan.

was very helpful in explaining, each package that was on the various Prius models. We felt he was truly outstanding. We are happy with our purchase.
I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
I took my Toyota Prius for maintenance here and was helped by Octavio Rubio. He was very helpful through my process and directed me to the customer lounge to wait while my car was being worked on. The service people were very friendly here and I will definitely come back here to get maintenance on my car again!
John Chan was patient, listened and took care of us. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell us things we didn't want or need, and allowed us to change our minds midway through. We felt listened too and helped throughout the process - and we love the car. All the financial details, the contact with our bank, insurance and DMV was handled really well. We felt very informed about our purchase. Colt Davis deftly walked us through all the final pieces of the process and was great too. The only thing that could be improved was the detailing before we drove away with the car. The focus was on cleaning the exterior. There was still some dirt, caked on things in a cup holder, etc. on the interior.
What a welcoming dealership! From the moment my daughter & I walked in I felt confortable. No one was pushy, just wanted to help. We spoke with Martin on the phone to let him know we were coming. He listened intently to my situation of ??? I need a car ASAP ??? He said sit back and relax I???ll do all the work soon I was the proud owner of a much needed vehicle! I came to trade in my 2014 Nissan, realizing I needed a better car for towing my vintage trailer and going on trips. Also as a nanny I needed a car that was completely and totally safe for driving around other people???s children. Charlie was great at finding me a wonderful match for both. I highly suggest him, he is definitely not one of those annoying sales people and was really patient while I decided.
I walked into Toyota of Marin with very little idea of how to buy a car. I had certain parameters in mind for what I wanted to spend and what kind of truck I wanted to buy. The sales people were quite helpful and upfront. They worked with me to put together a deal that made sense for me. They even dropped the truck off in San Francisco for me. Great experience. Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
If you do choose to look for your future automotive purchase at Toyota Sunnyvale, look for Adela. She was extremely helpful and kind and immediately put myself and my girlfriend at ease. Nothing like the "shark" reputation you might expect from dealership sales people. Be warned however, as the finance team is not the same. Let Adela help you discover a vehicle but be ready for the next step; dealing with the finance team will be just as difficult as you might expect.
The care, patience, and accommodation given to us by Socrates made the experience of deciding on a car unusually easy. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated not being pressured in any way.
