My repair contact, max, was one of the most helpful i have experienced in the service—customer interface. My car (2007 FIT) certainly didn’t look great nor were the functioning systems healthy. Two experiences here in Green Vally I have felt were a rip off. Yet, based on my request to “check tires and equipment” set me up to expect a quick review and a go head to go north.
I was amazed in my acceptance to the diagnosis an repair needs of the Fit. I had dealt with you folks before and was very confident I would get an honest assessment and very high quality service job. Max identified 13 significant service needs. The bootom line was costly for a retiree but I never hesitated or worried about road problems. I took off to flag and the next day to Gallup moving like my porch-like fit.
You have combined all the elements of a great company- honesty, speed and a fair price.

From the on-line start of my search to going to to the dealership and looking at the vehicles was great. I never felt any pressure to do anything that I wasn't comfortable with. The whole buying experience was easy from the sales team to the finance person. Its great being back in a truck again, especially this Tacoma!

Great buying experience. The sales team made me feel like I was their #1 priority from the moment I walked thru the door. They didn’t try to sell me something out of my budget. They didn’t push any extras I didn’t need. They didn’t try to hard sell me. They were eager to work with me to get to a price that was within my budget and were able to beat their competition. I feel like I got an excellent vehicle at a great value and I’m confident that I made a great decision.
