After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

Definition of practical while being affordable. All the bad reviews are because the geniuses who purchases them did no research. Auto Off engine kills your battery life, leaving it off is perfect. Packed with safety features, you want your kids in this car 100%. 28 mpg in the city and 35+ in 55 MPH zones. I get 38 mpg highway normally. Sure you can pay $35k+ for a hybrid, but this is well engineered already.

We just bought a 2020 Rav4 LE as a Toyota Certified car with 21,500 miles. We downsized (literally) from a 20 year old Sequoia, so we're getting accustomed to the smaller size. My only complaint is that the cup holders seem to be a bit awkward. I love the design and the all of the safety features and the handling while driving.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

The facilities are under construction in the waiting room was very hot. The chairs I have to sit in are uncomfortable.Service manager for my repair Earnest was really good. Support staff very kind

AutoNation Toyota was the third dealership I visited and it was by far the best. Right from the moment I walked in the vibe was completely different. I wasn?t bombarded by 5?10 aggressive salespeople like I was at the Toyota dealership in Manvel. I was thoroughly impressed with this Emmons Autoplex. I had been to about 8 dealerships in the Houston area looking for a very specific car for my daughter (FJ Cruiser). They just happened to have it, and to my surprise it was the best looking one out of all those I had looked at and it was among the best priced ones I found. I was extremely happy about that.
