Randy Hoff was excellent to work with. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He took his time with us and explained everything to us in detail. Test drive was great. He also provided us drinks. Matt, the financial officer, was also very helpful and explained everything to us in great detail. Ms. Mendieta explained all the car controls and set up everything for us. Overall it was a great experience!

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

The team at Apple Commercial Leasing helped get us 3 trucks for our company. They were able to get us a better deal than we can find anywhere. they worked with our budget and helped us set up business TRAC leases on the cars. This will help our company grow and scale when we need more cars and save money! We spoke with them on the phone, emailed in out application and the next day we were picking up our cars! total of 30 minutes! wow! When was the last time you bought a vehicle and spent only 30 minutes? They also did a vehicle for my friend who only needed one car. She still got the professional treatment and the savings! I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

My service rep Walter Ortiz, made sure repairs I got done would keep me safe on road for a long trip across country! Diagnostic was quick, service was quick and responses were quick. Very satisfied for communication and efficiency of team. I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealer service location.

The repairs was good and they gave me a rental since they kept the car for a few days. Leslie is very friendly and worked with my schedule.

Super fast, and my service advisor Yadir Noasco was great. I got there right before they opened for a scheduled 10k maintenance and they got me in and out in an hour.

Called around 1:15 pm to check the 2026 Grand Highlander XLE AWD inventory and was agreed on price and drove down within 30 minutes and to pick it up right away after paperwork. Purchased my Ford Explorer from Gabe Gonzales, who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle which helped put me at ease to all of the new tech I was going to have to get adjusted to. He was also very attentive to my needs. I was originally looking for a Tahoe or Expedition but was unsure if I had to go that big.
