I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! My service technician Jean is very nice and efficient. He's my regular tech when I come for service so he is familiar with me and my car. Today I got routine maintenance and was offered a package that gives me three regular maintenance visits for the price that I would've paid just for my service today. They inspected my whole car and found a torn part of my suspension in the front. They took several pictures from different angles to show me what the problem was and it was clear from the pictures that it was my car and that there was a problem. They sent the recommendations by email and I was able to approve or decline electronically. The price they quoted for repair was alarming but Jean was able to offer me a 10% discount. It's still too much. I have a Prius. I think it's definitely worth going to Sterling McCall service Center for anything that has to do with the hybrid aspect of my car. But I found another place that will take care of this suspension thing for half the price and I think I'm probably going to go with them for this repair.

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

I looked at cars online picked one and came in. They let me test drive it right away. There was no pressure to buy the car or the warranty plans they offered. Everything was explained to me very well and I like that they have a limited return policy. I would definitely come back here for another car purchase.
