Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

The Brewer staff is not only friendly and helpful, but they treat women with respect. They did everything that I asked for and in the end went over all that had been done.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Gregg was EXCEPTIONAL! We didnt know him prior to arriving at the dealership but as soon as we met him he made us comfortable and like we were old friends. He is very personable and non-pushy which is why we moved forward with our purchase. we are going to be referring allot of friends to him due to our experience.

I bought my first Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in September 2022. It is a 2020 and rides like a 2022. I was soooo happy with the in-person service received from the sale with Jeff Krivickas, through the financing with Sam Piccolo and Justin Flook. I have already shared with many of my friends the positive experience that I had. The last three vehicles I owned have been Nissan's but now I am happy to be part of the Toyota family. I would recommend Brewer Airport Toyota to anyone looking for a new car and great purchasing experience. This was my first car buying experience, and wow was it good. I was expecting many more frustrations, setbacks and headaches, but the team at Hertz was phenomenal. I spoke with Frank on the phone to ask a few basic questions about availability of certain vehicles, which he was very helpful with. A few days later I had a short list of cars I was looking at and went to the dealer. Gabe took care of the rest of the process. Even though I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, he was incredibly helpful and stayed late to finish the sale. I never once felt pressured during the whole process. Gabe walked me through virtually every conceivable financing scenario so I could know exactly what my monthly payment would be in the worst and best case scenarios. As for downside, my car hadn't been detailed as it was just recently made available. But, they offered to let me drive it off the lot that day and bring it back a week later to be done at no charge. The prices they offer here are truly unbeatable with truly excellent, customer first staff. Anyone buying their first car should do it here to see how its done.

I spoke with Gabe when purchasing my 2013 Kia Soul+. He showed me the vehicles I was interested, and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want or afford. He actually ONLY showed me what I was interested in, which was awesome. The process was quick, easy, and no pressure. All the salesmen were super friendly and laid back. Game really went above and beyond for me, even after the sale. The only issue I had was the floor mats were missing from the vehicle, which were replaced immediately and also the tires were a little on the worn side and they made an appt the next week to have them replaced. I did also notice my outlets and usb cables weren't working, which should have been resolved prior to buying, since it was certified pre owned, however the warranty will cover this to be repaired. I would definitely buy from Hertz again!

I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car for a reasonable price. If you plan on visiting the dealership to look at cars be sure to ask for Frank and Gabe they are two wonderful men who are very helpful in the car buying process.
