Was looking for a used SUV. The building was old and run down and the inside was in poor repair and absolutely filthy. The salesman did try to find us a vehicle that would work. I have to wonder if their service is as poor and shoddy as the building. We did not buy a vehicle there.
Had an issue with vehicle 5 miles after leaving dealership and was kinda upset. They worked with me to get vehicle repair at no additional cost to make sure I had a good experience with the truck I bought from them which show they care. I will recommend them
I started looking online & worked with Andrew. He was always professional, helpful & worked with me to help me find what I wanted & in a color I preferred. The price was great & it was a pleasant process. Once I bought the car I didn't get good advice to see their title clerk to pay the title & taxes before driving away. This was only the 2nd new car I have bought so I was not very knowledgeable about that part of it. That is getting straightened out but that could have been made much smoother. Buying the car was great though, great price, no pressure, & very helpful salesperson.
I purchased a 2015 Jeep Sierra from Schrier Automotive. Both Chuck Hill and Greg Friesen went over and beyond to make my buying experience a fast and pleasant one. They were very professional and very accommodating to my needs. They made me feel comfortable, completely satisfied, answered all my questions and definitely will make me spread the word to my friends about my experience with Schrier Automotive and I will definitely come back to Schrier when making another purchase. I purchased a used Jeep, but you would never know that it wasn't brand new. It's in mint condition. I'm very excited to drive my Jeep.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I came in just to ask a few questions because i was thinking of starting a lease for a new car! I have never done this before and Chanler was very helpful. She walked me through what all would happen and payment plans and everything. I left knowing exactly what I wanted and with a plan! I love this dealership and highly recommend it. Based on my visit I experience excellent client service.
Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!

Once I told him what I was looking for, he recommended the perfect vehicle and lead me thru the process in record time! Very happy with my 2018 Compass and the service - from Michael to finance.
We had Jack help us with our car purchase from Gretna and it was easy, fast and painless! And they had free hot chocolate while we waited! Jack answered all of our questions, and we even got to meet the owner while we were in! We'll be back for sure!
