I have never written a review for a dealership but this Toyota dealer is top notch, from front staff to my awesome salesman Terry Terrell and the finance guy Chris, one of a kind! I hope the CS continues after the purchase, I trust that it will! Great experience!!
I would like to compliment Mr. Judd Hodge (Sales Manager) for his exemplary care and concern. My 84 year old mother purchased a new Camry from Yokem a few weeks ago. She recently experienced a problem with the car. I am from out of state and just happened to be visiting my mother when the problem occurred. I asked her who the salesperson was that she had dealt with. She stated Mr. Hodge sold her the car. It took one phone call to this gentleman and he took immediate action to assist us. I want to add that this took place on a Saturday which is a busy time for dealerships. I have purchased many vehicles through the years and have never experienced this type of "service after the sale!!!" I currently drive a Toyota truck. When the time comes to trade for another one, it will be worth the trip from out of state to deal with Yokem Toyota, Mr. Hodge specifically. Thanks again Judd!!

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Recently called about a truck. The salesman was especially helpfull. I live out of town and we tried to work out a way I could get to the dealership and inspect the truck I was iterested in. As things worked out I was not able to make the trip. I was extreamly disapointed I was not able to complete the purchase and thanked the salesman for his patients and told him I'd certainly recommend Yokem to any one who was looking for friendly dealership.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Great experience buying a used car. Friendly staff. Owner spent half an hour showing me his FJ cruiser. I was reassured in buying a Toyota certified car from a local dealer and plan to keep my FJ for many years to come.
My wife and I purchased (leased) a Highlander from your dealership this past June. We love it! The vehicle we traded in was a Honda Odyssey, and our 2nd car is also a Honda. We have been a Honda family for 12 years. With this purchase, we have been "converted" partly because we really liked the new Highlander, but mostly because Flint Shea is selling in your showroom. We had previously known Flint and what a great guy he is. But we had also gotten recommendations from other friends that he's a great salesman too. My friends were right - Flint really helped us throughout the whole process. We don't buy cars often (the Odyssey was bought in 2002), mainly because I don't like the "sales process" - the haggling and dickering back and forth. It's just not for me. The even harder sale is my wife, but Flint made us both feel comfortable and without any pressure. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for running a great dealership, and to let you know that in Flint, you've got a great salesman and a great guy. - Derrick Smith
Made my car buying experience fast and fun had a good time talking about his older days and him cracking many jokes this guy was funny put me and my two kids in a car that is reliable and even had me have it checked out by a mechanic before I purchased which some dealers around won't let me do that because I'm a girl
