I met Joe Furlong about 18 months ago to attempt an early termination of a lease and to get into a new lease of a Toyota Highlander. He spent hours with me trying to work things out but it just wasn't feasible to do at that point of the current lease. So, I returned to see Joe on Tuesday (9/11/18) to begin that same process. I knew that I wanted the Toyota Highlander XLE and within 30 minutes or so, Joe had me test driving the car, explaining all the new technology and safety details of the car at that time. He made the entire process of ending one lease and processing the new one (including insurance, registration, etc....) so easy and quick that I felt completely comfortable and at ease through the entire process. Everything was handled thoroughly and accurately with my best interests and satisfaction being top priority. I took my car in to Basil to get it inspected. The people were friendly, the service was quick, & the waiting area was comfortable with a phone charging area & 2 computers. And my 6 yr old loved the complimentary fruit!
I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone searching! We drove 2.5 hours to buy our Toyota Sienna without seeing it in person, but having extensive communication with Steve. The Sienna turned out to be even better than the photos and we are extremely happy with our purchase!
