I was looking for a used car of a certain brand, and there was one available at Fowler. I contacted the dealer and Denise got back to me almost immediately. She readily answered any questions that I had and offered to provide me with any information I would have liked. I was going to make this purchase from out of town and was looking for a local mechanic who knew this brand. I had trouble finding one but Denise was able to get me names of several who work on European cars. Unfortunately, the car sold quickly (which I absolutely expected it to because it was priced well). Denise got back to me to tell me that the car sold, when she really had no obligation to do so. This is what is called great customer service and something that is sorely missing at a lot of place. Given the opportunity, I would gladly do business with them.
We purchased a car and drove it home in an hour! The sales representative was very friendly and eager to assist. He explained the package and all functions thoroughly. After my wife and I went in the building to his work area, we told him the car we wanted and made an offer. He went to see his manager and came back shortly. He told us the offer was accepted and that the car was ours. We wrote a check and waited for the car to be cleaned and delivered. From the time we looked at the car in the lot and drove it home, it all took about one hour! It certainly was a very pleasant purchase experience!
We had been looking several weeks , stopped by tyota and our sales man Ronnie Wilson approached us and ask if he could help us, we told him what we were looking for , he got right on it and found us what we wanted and had it delivered within a week , we had never baught a toyota before, excellent service , we loved the meeting that explained how the warrenty worked and the service department , we are very pleased with all the help ! thank you for a beautiful car !
Though I didn't buy a car from Fowler they were helpful and courteous. When I went to the vehicle just didn't work for me. Later there internet department called asked how things went I explained and she said she personally walk the lot and later texted to say she found something . Unfortunately I purchasing a car at the time.

Ok the clicking of the stars isn't working properly, but I would rate my overall buying experience today as excellent. This is my husband's and I's 3rd car purchase in our 39 years of marriage. Yes only three vehicles. So needless to say we are definitely not experts in this area. We were greeted by Jose almost immediately upon stepping out of our car. We had done our research and sorta new what we wanted. Every question we asked was answered by both Dillon & Jose with nothing but respect. It was a wonderful experience and we drove away today proud owners of probably what will be our last purchase ever, but if need be we will defiantly return to Fowler. Thanks for a wonderful place to shop.
