PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

I served in the Army's esteemed 173rd Airborne Brigade based in Italy and Germany with more MoH (the Medals of Honor) than any other similarly brigade sized military unit of the Armed Forces of the United States of America (22 MoH to be exact due to fighting the bloodiest battle of the Vietnam War: "The Battle of Dak To" on "Hill 875"), as well as, loosing the highest number of Paratroopers (via combat related injuries and deaths) and earning the most categories of valorous awards during the "Global War on Terror" in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have finally discovered the best vehicle Saleswoman in the entire Universe. Yanilda Lora's persona and superb communication made me feel like I was her only client. She stood by me from the start to the finish and kept reminding me that I will find the perfect new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, which I did. She went above and beyond in reaching out to me for anything I needed during the entire shopping experience. Her great attention to detail made sure that my specific sedan was a great fit for me. The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

Comfortable car, great gas mileage, easy maintenance - all the things we wanted when buying a new car. We recommend Toyota of Newport for purchase and car service.

They sold me a 2024 Honda Accord. Window sticker brand new was $36,000. After their fees (Which they did have guys) taxes, dmv and state fees.. we ended up paying $33,000. $3K more than originally listed price. This is still a fair deal. The vehicle had 1.5K miles only on it. Therefore, i am ok with saving $3K-$5K all day. Because new car would have been window sticker plus tax etc. also they are very friendly. The guy in the front knows how to work magic

Last February I had to replace my beloved 2003 Toyota Highlander. Having researched the newer Highlander I thought it would be too large for my needs. I love Toyota’s reliability and wanted to buy another SUV to transport my large dog and still have enough room for grocery bags, shopping bags and the items I always keep in the car such as a car emergency kit, treats, water and a bowl for the dog and a couple of small towels. The storage areas inside the doors are quite small, there’s a pocket for flat items on the back of the driver’s seat only and the inside storage built-ins in the back of the car are almost non-existent. I bought the Limited hybrid model which is pricey and for a $40K car, I think there could be more attention to those areas. I wish the Highlander still had a five-passenger model as an alternative to the three row version or that the RAV4 had the interior dimensions and appointments of the older Highlanders. With the hybrid engine the RAV4 has great fuel economy. It’s comfortable, rides smoothly on rough road surfaces, seats two adults with plenty of room in front but I think three adult passengers in the back is too restrictive in terms of width and leg room.

While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I noticed that she was also showing a vehicle to a walk in as it was early in the morning, so to not lose a potential client she jumped into sales mode. Kudos to Megan Dolce for being multi-talented which you don’t see much these days!

The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.
