At this dealership I had the best experience I’ve had when buying a car. I live 7 hours away and drive to this dealership to trade for a different vehicle. It was worth every moment I spent on the highway. They offered to pay for my hotel room, and buy lunch if needed. The staff was fantastic, and my salesman was for friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I plan to use this dealership for my future purchases. I think whoever is reading this should to. Just the professionalism alone is with you stopping by.
Brent Farmer was the liaison for Costco purchase. He answered our email on THANKSGIVIVG! We also brought our daughter into the dealership so she could purchase a new Rav4 also! Her first new car!

My only comment is the lack of food in the dealership. We were there from 8:30 am - 3pm and we were unable to get anything but popcorn.

I have bought or leased 4 different cars from Toyota of Muncie. The sales agents are top notch and the process was extremely smooth. Mike in financing is excellent to work with. The dealership is a delight to wait for your car while it's being maintained. Clean with a great coffee bar. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I returned to have my 5000 mile service done. They were polite, considerate, professional and did not change the stations on my radio:). Russell Coulter worked hard to get the best out the staff and my car was ready for me in enough time to get back to work. My car feels smooth on the road.
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
Mr. Fred Fortson provided an upscale experience during the entire process! After locating similar cars at Lexus dealers near our hometown of Nashville, Lexus of Chattanooga came through with our desirable price point for the new ES 350. Fred made the drive worth our effort. Upon arrival, the ES was inside, detailed and ready for delivery. And yes, anyone looking to purchase a Lexus should give Mr. Fortson an opportunity.

Charles Barker has been a God send. From the very first phone call I received from Stino up until I drove off with my new baby, I was kept in the loop about EVERYTHING. I admit I was a challenge with my requirements as well as not the best credit out here BUT Stino prevailed and now I am proudly driving my new Altima. The other staff was also, too, truly amazing. I came in to wrap up the sale with a terrible headache just dealing with the car buying process and the lady at the reception area offered me a snack, water, and Tylenol. The finance gentleman worked his magic and was able to get me a good monthly payment as well as warranty. He also went above to provide whatever he had to get my children to settle down. Football it was and he, or the rest of staff, never showed any frustration with my kids or myself. They even gave them snacks :) To all of you at Charles Barker, Laskin Rd, THANK YOU ! Honestly, if you are in the car buying process LET THIS BE YOUR FIRST AND LAST STOP. They truly treat you wonderfully with no pressure. Just when I started to get discouraged, they got me approved.
