This is 3rd Toyota. John treats us great, and is amazing in his knowledge of the vehicles he sells and he treats us like family. We never feel left in the dark and no hidden surprises. John was great to work with, we will be back again.
Salesperson Chuck took extra care to ensure that I got the car I wanted, despite being out of state. He corresponded with me after hours and did the necessary tasks to pin down my purchase. (It was a highly desirable creampuff with low mileage.) This is the second time I have purchased from Markquart. Excellent inventory and reasonable prices. Drove over from Twin Cities to make the deal. Kudos to cars.com for helping me find the perfect vehicle.

Tony, the salesman was very relaxed and laid back. Felt no pressure to have to purchase vehicle at that time. He spent a lot of time with us going over vehicle to make sure we were comfortable with it. First time ever, in my vehicle buying experience did the OWNER come to thank us for purchasing one of his vehicles!!! Very pleased with whole experience!! Drove home to Indiana with the vehicle and was well worth the drive!!!
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
Kevin Castle is the reason I bought my new car from this dealership. He did a great job helping me get the car and the deal I wanted. We had to wait a couple of hours to sign the paperwork. that was not his faught and he did everything he could to help us out with the wait.
Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. Thank you both. Again I definitely went to the right dealership, had the right sales person and got the right price, because Jay made the experience PRICELESS!!!
The car was driven over a curb and developed a oscillation in the steering wheel while on vacation. Took it in to Koons in Westminister and they did the inspection quickly and determined only an alignment was needed. The alignment was completed and car returned in less than an hour.
the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
Bill Smith was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the RAD 4’s functions. He made the experience a smooth transaction. My wife is very happy with her new RAD4!
