We reached out to Longo Toyota via the internet and Aaron responded immediately. We were looking for a Toyota Sienna, Limited Premium, with a dark outside and dark interior. Apparently this is a difficult vehicle to find. Aaron went above and beyond finding what we were looking for. When it came time to meet him at the dealership to purchase the Sienna he knew that we were in a rush because we had two small children with us. From start to finish we were out of the dealership in my new Sienna within an hour. I highly recommend Longo Toyota and Aaron Koronkiewicz.

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
My wife and are both now on our 3rd lease each all from TOP. This was vehicle number 6 and both Salesman, Zee Umar and Finance Manager, Kal Mian made it flawless, easy, and another first class experience. I am always grateful for the staff here with each visit, but this one was by far the best one yet. Thank you for great service!! I love my new Camry SE!!
Mr. Shaervin and Mr. Musthaba was nice and kind to help is with all questions and finance aid. They did what they could. However the documentation was not much centralized as the file move officers started calling for the missing documents one the go which is not likable. Otherwise we had good experience.
What a great experience I had looking at one of their cars. There was no pressure to buy-buy-buy, and the salesperson’s knowledge of the car that I was interested in AND all of their other cars was quite impressive. I’m on the fence about making my next purchase, since my current car is much loved by me; but when I do make a purchase, I hope to deal with Delta Autogroup.
They really treat their customers with compassion. The service was awesome. They listen to what I really needed and I left the dealership with a brand new car that was impossible for me to get at other dealerships.

By far head and shoulders above any other car buying experience. I was in and out of the door in a new car in 30 minutes. Be sure to stop by and see Scott and his crew. I bought from him at Toyota of Grapevine. And now dove over 30 minutes just to do business with him.
I recently took my car into Sewell for a water leak. Don is my service advisor and always does a great job. There was some difficulties locating the water leakl, but at the end of the day, the problem was solved and I left happy as always. I highly recommend you use Don anytime you take your far in for service.
