Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!
From start to finish Sam Sayes provided Excellent customer service. From communicating what my vehicle needed for maintenance, to scheduling an Uber ride home, to keeping me posted on a repair and dealing with insurance, it all went smoothly and vehicle was finished on date he stated it would be. Could not ask for more! 5 Stars :)
I have been looking at the Camery SE for the past 5 years. Always popping into Dean's office telling him this was the year. Now that both children graduated from college I decided this was the year. I called Dean and told him I was coming in and he had the car and color I wanted brought to the parking lot ready for me to test drive. The sales process was made easy for me thanks to Dean.
I enjoyed buying my used 2014 BMW! People treated me well, I was able to get the answers I neeed to hear, the price was incredible and so far I have no complaints whatsoever. I actually recommended the dealer to my friends and family.
But we offer a lifetime warranty on our repairs...

Our 16 year old Lexus needed a new alternator. A bit over $2,000. Priced at a Lexus dealership: about one-half that sum. Why the difference in cost? They warranty the work for the life of the car. Let’s figure. What, exactly, IS the expected life of the car?
We had a great, no pressure, experience with Matt and Mike. The price of the vehicle we purchased was priced competitively from the get go (we did weeks of online research) and they didn’t mind us getting the car inspected by an independent mechanic. One of the best car buying experiences I ever had!
My experience with Moore Cadillac of Chantilly was nothing less than exceptional. My Salesman, Tony Soleiman, made my car buying experience that much more enjoyable; he is such a Joy to work with! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable as well as personable throughout the entire process. He has no pressure tendencies at all and made my Uncle and I feel right at home. Buying a car from Moore Cadillac of Chantilly, with a salesman as good of a person as Tony, was the best car buying experience that I have ever experienced. I know you will feel that way too! The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
