Very energetic and helpful. Very good at follow up. I probably got 10 calls a week checking to see if there was anything else they could do for me. They even called to see if some had called. I ended up not buying the car I looked at. It had more miles on it than I wanted.
I went to Toyota of Grand Rapids knowing what car I wanted and it was a cash purchase, so you can imagine our surprise, when the entire process took 4 hours. We took a short test drive, then discussed terms with the nice sales associate, then we had to wait for our turn for the final step with the finance officer. Even though we were paying cash for our vehicle, we had to wait while others struggled to get financing. When we finally had our turn it took less than 10 mins, but we had to wait almost 3 hours for our turn. It would have been nice if they would have had an express lane for those who didn't need financing.
Ben DeKruyter the service I received was excellent. This is no surprise since I have worked with him for nearly a decade with all my Toyota's. His knowledge, communication skills, non pushing attitude. All these and more I appreciate when I bring my vehicles in for service. Thanks Ben for another great experience at Toyota of Grand Rapids.
I recently purchased a new 4Runner from Darren Harold. It is the third vehicle I have purchased from him since 2008. I will very likely purchase my fourth Toyota from him when the need arises. That is probably the highest compliment I can give a sales representative.
Everything went fine, with the exception that i specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked so that the warning light would go off. I drove off with the same pressure i came in with, it was not checked.
I needed a decent work-truck at a good price. I shopped around a bit and came to Best Buy Used Cars after seeing the truck I wanted on Cars.com. They were super friendly, easy to work with, and got me financed. I was on the road within two hours. Truck is in great condition even though it has higher miles. Jennifer and Marco were great.

Inquired into an auto they had for sale. I was contacted quickly; however, the vehicle I inquired about was no longer available. other vehicles available were not what I wanted or interested in. Purchased another vehicle at a local dealership.

Jennifer Fuentes was the only sales rep that followed up from any dealership that I contacted. Price was way too high for the car advertised, so I did not buy it. However, she is the type of sales person that every dealer should have on staff.
Earl Thomas was an exceptional sales person. Patient and helpful, not pushy. Let my wife lead the way since it was her car...she did her homework and Earl was very helpful and informative as was the rest of the Kool staff including Rob & Bruce. Got a great deal on a new Highlander and we’re both delighted.

I have a 2008 Toyota Rav4. On the first really hot day in 2016 I turned on my air conditioner only to find that it was not putting out any cooled air. I took it to Kool Toyota and they found out that the refrigeration compressor no longer worked. They also found out that the compressor's warranty had run out 2 months prior. In discussing the situation with the service rep. Tracey Porter she said the repair would come to over $1,000 . She told me to contact corporate customer service to see what they could do for me. She gave me their number. I called them and they ultimately gave me a 50% discount. I was blown away!!
