Kyle did an excellent job of detailing the Lexus 450h features and benefits to me. Then provided the same level of detail to my wife when I brought her back to see the car on a later date. Strong product knowledge, but not pushy at all. Just providing superior information. It was a great buying experience and I WILL buy my next car from Kyle! In fact, my wife commented to me after we left the dealership what a great job Kyle did and how much she enjoyed the car buying experience... she hates buying cars! Great job, Kyle!
I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.
I need a car and look on line for a car, I was told I was approved but everyone is approved, the car salesman had already pick a car for me to buy without my knowledge, I drove the car it’s nice but when we sat down and I seen the payment it was out of my ballpark, I questioned it and he said we agreed but no I didn’t agree, but I went along with it because I’m meek person and have no backbone to life, when u go shopping watch out sharks are here
Nathaniel Heath was amazing with my service on my 2017 KIA Soul. The dealership is very clean and they offer you coffee, popcorn and tv for my kids. I deffently will be coming back for all my service needs for my car.
My husband found a car online from here. He called them up and spoke with Robert Cosgrove about meeting with him to test drive this car out. While speaking, my husband pointed out that there weren't any pictures of the inside of the car online. Robert went out and took a video of the inside and out of the car and sent it over to us so we could see it before we went. When we showed up he was very prompt to meet us and already had the car up and ready for the test drive! we weren't expecting to do anything more than test drive today so we didn't take my husbands car (the one we we're going to trade in). Robert said "let's go get his car while on this test drive so we can check it out". By this point in the test drive we knew we weren't going anywhere else for any other test drives, so we went and got it and Robert was awesome the whole time listening to my stories on the return trip back during rush hour. His personality was right on point with ours making this an easy sale. He was never pushy with us and didn't seem like a "car salesman". Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and tentative. They even had popcorn waiting for me when we got back from cleaning out my husbands car. It was a great experience all around, and I would recommend both Robert and Hendrick to anyone looking in the future.
Lydia was my sales consultant on this vehicle - and was she ever sharp! She has been very patient and generous with her time in guiding me through all the features on my Highlander that were new since I bought my 2007 Yaris. I have no hesitation in recommending her! Knows her stuff!
My daughter had lost her Corolla due to another driver not paying attention. We went to this location on a Saturday and test drove a couple of vehicles. (Corolla and Prius) My daughter didn't find anything she liked. Luckily we were working with Stacy Blohm and she made note of what my daughter was looking for and said she would keep her eyes open for any possibilities. She ran across the perfect vehicle for her and contacted us to see if we would be interested in it. We came out the following day and my daughter drove off in a newer Corolla that she absolutely loved! Love my new Avalon thanks to Hendrick Toyota and Ron Adair. Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. The dealership greeting was immediate. Ron Adair was right there to help me. I was able to get what I wanted for me trade and still get a great lease on a new Avalon. Ron was patient and super knowledgeable. He worked hard for me to get the best deal. I've owned a lot of Toyota's and have worked with several dealers including the one on state line, but Hendrick was; hands down; the best buying experience. Not to mention the lounge had water, coffee, doughnuts, fresh fruit, etc... I will be recommending my friends go there and will recommend Ron.
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
I've bought several cars here and now refuse to even look at a big box lot. Other places mark up their cars, Andrew has a fair price will even hunt down a particular car for you if he doesn't have it on the lot.
Great place, and excellent vehicles. Just bought second car from Steve in less than a year. Incredible services from start to finish. If he doesn't have what you want I would be surprised. Steve is one of the few people I would trust to sell me a car!!
Service was excellent, as usual, BUT the service department was backed up for over an hour. I made an appointment, yet they could not get to me promptly. They should have NOT scheduled me if they did not have the time to get to me promptly.
I had put off the car shopping experience for a long time as I have had a bad experience in the past at another dealership. This was a walk in the park. A friendly sales person who really listened to what I was looking for. And she gave me lots of options and patiently let me decide what was right for me. If I had a question she couldn't answer she would go out of her way to get the answer. Couldn't be happier with the whole friendly team. I would definitely recommend Olathe Toyota.
