Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing
I had been looking to buy an FJ for almost a month, I had almost given up on finding the right FJ cruiser with the right price when I found this from Chantilly Auto Dealer. Response was prompt and we closed the deal after a series of emails.
Amazing communication from the guys down there. Would definitely shop with them again.

Great dealership and people who own it. We bought my husbands Lexus GX here and now Tony is looking for one for me. Tony let us take the Lexus to get inspected at the Lexus dealership down the street; no questions asked. He has a customer for life; we will always buy are cars from him. Thanks for making it so easy!
Flew up from Florida to purchase the car. Car was exactly as advertised. They were professional and honest. I bought the car and then registered in Ma. The management assisted me with the paperwork working directly with my insurance agent to get this done. Unbelievable in their caring and expertise in handling this process. I drove the car from VA to MA and it ran fantastic. I worked with the owner Sadique and sales agent Medhi. Both were super to deal with. VATCO is an honest dealership.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
I was very pleased with the salesperson, Jonathan Delacruz along with the accounting person, Steffan , they really worked patiently to get me a good deal and a suitable car. I drove out with my new car the same day. I highly recommend doing business with them, you won't regret it.

Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. The Honda Salesmen from several dealerships in my area were all very responsive by email providing quotes and answering questions. It made the car purchasing process very easy and fit with my schedule. Didjak Ilunga at Criswell Honda went even further by email offering suggestions based on my interests. When I went in to test drive and purchase based on best price he took his time to demonstrate the "bells and whistles" of the car. Didjak is extremely friendly and low key which I appreciate.
WOW Pure Car Buying is different kinda dealer. This was a great experience. I was looking for a Honda Odyssey because me and my wife saw how good the reviews are on the Odyssey's so we saw Pure Car Buying and they have the really great prices on there vehicle's.
