Mehdi Benmoussa has deep product??? knowlege and excellent selling skills! Mehdi was very professional, nice and knows how to sell the assigned products. He listens carfully to what you need, gives you advices and doesn???t do push sales like other salespersons ! He knows everything about each car even teh small details!! I had the best customer service experience at this dealership (Toyota of Watertown). Other employees are also very friendly and professionals. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After receiving high-pressure, bait and switch tactics, along with ecxcessive unneccessary wait times at another Toyota dealership my elderly father (82 years old) was very very frustrated . He found Wellesley Toyota to be the exact opposite. Wellesley Toyota offered low pressure combined with the most aggressive pricing and friendly sales staff. The icing on the cake was that the ownership and senior level management were approachable and engaged. I would highly recommend using Wellesley Toyota to buy or lease your next vehicle. I visited Audi Natick late in the afternoon and next day I had all my papers done! Really fast, polite people and they answered all my questions. I would love to go again. Peter Nett is really good at his job, and he is also passionate about cars, that helps a lot. He helped me with everything and he was really honest.
Setting up the appointment was flawless. Arrivedand checking was perfect. Waiting area was fine. The service writer estimated 90 minutes and 60 minutes later all done and on the way to shopping. Great dealership....

I called and set up a 5000 mile service on my new tundra. I spoke with Dan Prescott who listened to my concerns, and work to be done, and he set my service appt up and Mark Whitman did the service on my vehicle. Both men were very professional and all work was done in a timely fashion as promised, and even a recall I didn???t know about was taken care of during this appt. I would recommend the service dept at McGee to anyone.
I worked with Hamilton at Copeland Toyota in Brockton and he found the best possible option for me and the best possible price. Love my 2016 Toyota Corrolla, so glad I went to Copeland. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great vehicle.
I was buying my first car and this was the third dealer that I visited. RT28 Motors is by FAR the best one that I went to. Everything about the process was simple, quick and painless. From the test drive, to questions, to the buying process.
I was expecting to have to haggle, be played with and have to jump between different agencies (bank, RMV). It was the complete opposite. Harry and his team were awesome, helpful and supportive. The whole process was a couple of hours and I went from looking for a car to a completely satisfied BMW owner. I would 100% give Harry my business again and recommend this dealership to anyone.
