From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was in on Saturday and everyone was very busy, but managing to go about their business in a pleasant and professional manner. An excellent group of men and women that take their job seriously and go the extra distance to offer help and assistance each and every time.
Being in a service related field myself, I felt I made the right decision in the vehicle and where I purchased from because of the service provided by Matt Saunders and Wendy. Had great conversations with both, as they were attentive to what I was looking for.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Sales person Bob McCoy found us exactly what we. The price of the new car price & trade in value were in line with what I was looking for and the car was prepped and ready when we arrived. Everything went smoothly with financing and explaining the new car features.
My husband and I were met by the sales staff and We were registered and met with Anthony. (What a great person) He did not push us into a purchase.
Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .

I walked into Luther Brookdale Toyota hoping for information to decide whether to buy a used car or lease. Having mainly owned cheap, junk cars, I didn't feel confident in purchasing a new car, but Jake Campbell and the team here helped me squash those fears. I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.
My Girlfriend and I went in to buy a Prius V. We had already identified the ones available and Willie came out and greeted us. He was polite and knowledgable. He ran in to grab the keys and we ended up buy-in the car. The only downside is we worked the deal with weather tech mats. The front and middle came in the following day, although we were not notified. The cargo area has not arrived yet and it has been 6 business days. I am curious on why the largest floor manufacturers would struggle with the 3rd most popular car in the world. The cargo area carpet is unprotected and is tan, in MN in the middle of winter, that is a long time to wait for a very popular product.
Very good attention to detail in regard to safety issues, comfortable driving experience, and quality of products sold, such as tires--the main non-Toyota brand items we've bought.
