My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

For a van, this vehicle is great. It's a comfortable ride and quiet inside. It feels sturdy and not like I'm putting my kids in a tin can. Love the convenience of the features.
A friend of mines told me about this dealership because her son brought his Audi from them. I decided to go and check them out after work. Believe it or not they actually have some very nice high end vehicles. I did not think that I was going to buy a car that day! But from the big Hello from the staff there and the low pressure buying experience. I walked out with a 2015 BMW 535I, I love my car!!!

This vehicle meets my needs. Plenty of maneuver room, good visibility, comfortable for long driving, excellent gas mileage. Folding rear seats afford adequate storage room for luggage for extended trips.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

we will put a motorized scooter in it for I have Parkinson . we traded a 20016 chevy with all the bells and whissles in it. Nice car.
Tony made everything easy and comfortable and explained every part of the buying process. It was a good buying experience. It helped that I went in with pre-approved financing and a specific car in mind.

I understand the previous owner’s desire to get rid of it at such low mileage (5000).
Around town, accelerating on an incline, causes jerky performance. And, upshifts/downshifts, at highway speeds, on hilly terrain, are quite harsh. Dealers are at a loss, ’nature of the beast’ reaction.
Noisy, inside and out. Turning west at sunset, means no instrument lighting...., in the ’auto’ switch position. Sorry officer....
Styling, seat comfort, and safety are still great.

I purchased several cars from our local Toyota dealership. Liked to doing business with them, Lifetime oil and battery is a great deal, specially if do you using your car a lot ! My Sienna is only 3 years old, but turned over 105K . The regular maintenance not smooth now, they didn???t do top of fluids last time, trying to charge for oil change...I think my name and phone # still in the computer files like original buyer w. free oil change, maintenance and battery ?!

This is our 4th Sienna and 8th minivan. We average 25-30k miles per year. These vans are worry free and very practical. Second row legroom cannot be beat by any 3-row vehicle, regardless of trim level. Air Conditioning turns this van into an ice box on wheels in all 3 rows. Personally I’d stick with an AWD XLE Premium for perfect balance of features, handling, and comfort. The Limited adds an awesome mid-cabin moonroof that actually opens, but it steals about 3’ of headroom from the second and third rows. My kids love it, but I cannot sit back there comfortably. If you plan on carrying people over 5’9’ in the back, this is a bad idea. Limited FWD models, like my current van, have a power folding 3rd row, which is slow and can be annoying. Lower trims and Limited AWD models have a very easy, quick folding, manual 3rd row. 20-22 MPG average depending on driving habits on all trim and drivetrain choices.
Needed to replace both control arms in my Buick Lesabre and needed a repair shop. My neighbor brings all his toyota vehicles to Curry so I thought I'd give them a shot. Service department was more than willing to help me even though it wasn't a Toyota. The estimate was more than fair so I agreed. Left car at 9am, and on lunch I called to ask If It would be finished by 5pm and surprisingly it was already done. Was more than happy with EVERYTHING and will continue to bring my vehicle there... May even consider buying a Toyota when it's time for new car.
This is the fourth car that we've bought from A1 Toyota. Three of the purchases were handled by Dado and were quite pleasant. One deal with Manny was not. We are satisfied with the workings of the rest of the dealership with one exception. The manufacturers put soy based wire covers in the motor of our 2011 Prius. Mice get into our garage and have caused havoc. AI Toyota has charged us with the expenses which this mistake has entailed. We live on a country wooded acre. Our cats keep mice from the house but do not patrol the garage. We'll end this by repeating that it is a pleasure to do business with Dado
