Steve Hanna is the gentleman I work with. This was my 4th service at Marietta Toyota. All my dealings so far have been stellar. Courteous and friendly staff. Appointments are easy to get at a time that works for me. I'm in and out within a reasonable time. Great waiting room where I can log on and get work done while I wait.
Jose Amaya and Dave Swaggerty were excellent in every way. We were talking with multiple dealerships and their pricing was aggressive and their negotiating approach efficient and respectful. Once a decision was made the paperwork was done in under an hour. Buying a car is never easy, but this was positive experience.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

Mr. Howard is very Customer Focused, a consummate professional and provides intelligent easy to understand explanations with frequent follow up while I am waiting for completion of service.
Without any doubt, this is the “Best” Automobile Service facility I have ever engaged. Derrick Howard deserves much of the credit for my satisfaction with service from Nalley Toyota of Roswell.
I was just seeing what the new Prius had changed since my 10 year old vehicle and my salesperson Maliik Tooley discussed all the new improvements since my last purchase and also answered my questions about trying to get the 2018 or waiting for the 2019 to come in. I thought he was very knowledgeble and worked with me to make the best decision. I decided to go on and buy the new vehicle and knew it was not on the lot but should be arriving within a few days with my color choice and all the options I wanted.
Simply put the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Personally I have never owned anything but a Ford and after working with William Andrews and Eric Hogue to purchase 5 trucks for work I made up my mind that they would get my personal vehicles as well. They both are genuine, sincere, honest and always follow up. Really I could not imagine a better experience purchasing a car. You all will now get my business when my wife needs a new SUV and once my boys start coming of age.
I would especially like to point out Eric's professionalism. In my business I can be very tough on vendors and he was awesome and never wavered in being polite and professional. As for my personal purchase he exceeded my expectations again. I told him I didn't have time to come in and spend a lot of time. He took everything I sent him about what I wanted and found exactly that truck and created an even better version.
At delivery time William was a first class customer service experience and that comes from someone who was trained in hospitality by Ritz Carlton.
I look forward to many years of vehicle purchases.

It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.

My service Manager - John Mannering is great. His customer service skills and concern for me is always Top Notch!! As a senior citizen I have seen many dealerships and service departments, from what I was told and what I have experienced I will continue to go to the Toyota South for purchases and service. I pass up others dealerships closer to my home.

My wife and I decided to purchase a new car. We looked at the Honda accord the Nissan Maxima and the Toyota Camry. We decided to purchase the Camry XLE. The customer service provided to us by Ronald Steele and Gregory Johnson was BY FAR THE BEST we have encountered in our search in the Atlanta Area for a new vehicle. The entire atmosphere was very professional and pleasant inside the dealership. It was a great car buying experience. I have already recommended Toyota of Union City to one of my co-workers. My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
