I was taken care of with out an appt. Friendly, fast & efficient service. I have always received courteous service and attitude from all of Lokeys associates. Including all their departments ... sales, service repairs and phone operators.
My experience with Clearwater Toyota was excellent. Sales person very helpful in deciphering add ons, extra care and "explaining" it. It took only a day to find a new car I was searching for. The day they retrieved the M/V from another dealer they did everything with DMV etc and I was driving my new car home that same day.
Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.
Nick, our salesman, displayed much professionalism and knowledge in helping us decide on a new vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and he was there to help on repeated visits. He also showed much patience in demonstrating all the new (to us) gadgets on the 2018 Toyota model, after our purchase.
The vehicles all look brand new on the outside and interior. The prices are great. My only suggestion is to have the car checked independently before buying it. I have purchased 2 cars from here. The first on had a the side mirror signal go bad a week or so after purchase. No way they could have known that beforehand. The 2nd car, my wife got stranded because the battery was bad and the mechanic said it didn't look like the correct one for the vehicle. I also had to replace all the tires after a month and the front brakes are only "a couple months from needing replaced" too. All told, the tires, brakes and battery cost me about $1200, but I probably saved more than that because it was sold much cheaper than anywhere else, so it's a give and take here.
Thanks for a fantastic overall experience! Everything was extremely painless and easy. Paperwork was ready when I arrived and our new 4Runner was beautifully detailed ahead of time. Price was right and everyone we dealt with was courteous (irony alert), professional and friendly.
The overall customer service experienced was awesome!! The buying/ finance portion of the experience was a bit lengthy and needs to be streamlined in order to minimize the time spent finalizing the deal. I recommend Robert F. to assist with sales and the Mgr John who did an excellent job getting the best deal for my trade towards a 2019 Toyota Camry~~Satisfied Cuatomer
This was my first visit to your facility. The question is what took me so long?? Facility is designed with customer comfort in mind. Service was FAST and Mr. Hildebrand was professional, accommodating and courteous. I will be back!
My experience was hassle free and easy. My salesperson Robert Feldt was awesome - I recommend seeing him if you need a car or want to sell a car! Clean facility with a kids playroom. Everyone was friendly and looked happy to work there
