Charles Barratt was informative, efficient, extremely polite and helped me a great deal this visit. I will return shortly to get more work done. Overall rating would be hire if Hillside Toyota offered Loaner cars. When I come to this location, I have to take off from work.
I was greeted the moment i walked through the door by Jumanni and helped me out with my car buying process. shortly after I sat down the sales Manager ruben came by and touched base with me to make sure we were going in the right direction.I came in today and did not really have much time because i had work. I told them that i didnt have much time and they kept that in mind for me. I was in my car with a great deal and off to work on time. The staff was great. Jumanni And Ruben were very professional, nice and helpful. I will for sure come back when my lease is up .

No way, not today, we're not signing anything today, not without going home and thinking about the car we chose at the numbers presented to us. Even if its a good deal. Boy were we wrong. The whole team were extremely nice and very professional. Aaron G was very professional, very polite and accommodating and never pushy. They made it extremely hard to walk away because they addressed all of our concerns immediately and even when they beat the heck out of our price point, Ron would come over and do one better. This is our third time buying a Toyota, our second time buying from Prestige and I guarantee that we will be back. Thanks guys.
Ozzy was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to my thoughts and helped me pick out a car that I am very happy with. When I call the dealership with questions he is always responsive. I decided I want a red Prius. A couple of days later he contacted me to say they were having difficulty locating a red one, would I like silver? I said no, I'd like a red one. He said OK, and 3 days later he called to tell me my red one was being prepped to be ready the next day. Good service. Thank you. Finance department was fine but I wasn't crazy about the way the extended warrantee was presented--it allowed me no time to examine the detail of a nearly $4000 purchase. Take it or leave it is not my way of purchasing anything. After I raised this objection I was told I may cancel within 30 days. A little better,a little late, and it cost me $70 to make my decision. My only negative to this experience.
