So far, this vehicle has been everything it has promised. Great for traveling with a small family and has been reliable so far. We love our green machine and we’re so happy to be treated so well by WT Chris Brown.
I drove down from Metro Detroit to check out a 2012 Subaru Outback. Having had a local family member check out the car beforehand, I was impressed with what I saw. Fitz was very accommodating and let me take my time with the test drive, getting the car inspected by a mechanic of my choice, and even taking it to grab lunch after a long morning. Negotiating was very straightforward and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or given the run-around, which is something I have experienced at other dealers. Fitz even helped me move all of the junk in my trade-in's trunk to the new vehicle! My only complaint was that the detail job and wash done before hand left some mud and gunk under the vehicle, but overall I was very happy to have purchased my new vehicle at Yark.
A better van than the Odyssey or Pacifica

I read reviews that said the Toyota Sienna was behind the times. NOT. This van has all the bells and whistles of its competition plus it is MUCH quieter and finished off considerably better. Totally love it. Don't trust the reviews. You MUST drive it.

After reading many reviews on car hesitation during acceleration from stop or when slowing down and accelerating, I test drove it apprehensively. Took it on highway, and decelerated and accelerated on ramps, lights etc, and he car drove fine. Toyota perhaps updated the software and it shifts fine now.
The interior is good but somewhat cheap compared to the Honda Odyssey. I'm not able to connect to the engine app suite and neither am I able to register to the Entune registration When I put in my VIN to register, I get an error "Please ensure you have entered the VIN correctly and your vehicle is Entune or Enform App Suite capable. I bought the 2018 XLE Premium which should have the Entune 3.0 Plus I believe.
Other than that everything is looking good. Drives smooth. Can hear a bit more road noise than the Odyssey but not too much of a difference.
Paid 34.5 K before TTL and a $299 Dealer fee. Purchased through TrueCar and was a great experience.

Took our highlander in for first service. Ever since we owned it the hands free Bluetooth echos. So bad that you can???t use it. They have no solution to fix it

The vehicle is great and I love the AWD option because I live in Michigan and my family's safety is number one. I do wish the XLE came with DVD players built in (like the Chrysler), but then again, Toyota is one of the most reliable vans out there - so we traded off a few lower key features for reliability.
