This is my second Rav4 leased from Toyota of Greenwich and my family's 6th car from this dealer. This time around, I worked with Bobby Caldwell. He was professional, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. I never felt the pressure to make the deal that you feel at other dealerships.
The whole experience from slightly early lease-end to driving off in my beautiful newly leased 2018 Rav
went very smoothly.
Dave Sullivan, who also worked with me on my previous lease, made sure to stay in touch without
being overly aggressive or pushy.
Owner Clint Steen takes care to keep a family-type atmosphere making sure the customer's concerns
and well-being always come first.
I'm also looking forward to seeing Jay O'Connell and the rest of the Service crew when it comes to for that.

This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.
I walked in with no appointment and was taken immediately and treated with respect and consideration. the waiting area is very pleasant and i hasd my car back in an acceptable amount of time. I'd recommend them to all.
The service center is very honest they always give you a price before the work is done and the work is done professionally and they never caught corners. I never had an issue for the last 20 years. Excellent service advisors and technicians.
I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership, however what I wanted was not common to find! I wanted the Toyota Tacoma in a 6 speed manual in the Qucksand color. However there were none on site or even at any nearby dealerships. Our salesman helped us by contacting the factory and finding out that there were 2 cars set to be built on the assembly line that were slated to be shipped to Virginia. They rerouted it's final destination the Westport. We waited the 3 weeks for it to come in and it actually came in 1 day early! As soon as I saw it, it was love at first sight. Would definitely recommend this dealership over any others in our area.
David Sullivan was a pleasure to work with... he was not pushy, was upfront with costs, true to his word on trade-in and got us a great deal. Will DEFINATELY return for future cars and recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota!!
Probably one of the BEST car leasing experiences I've had in ages. Spent a full Saturday bouncing from several dealership (Honda, Subaru, Nissan). The attention I received throughout the entire process has been unparalleled. My salesperson Nikson could not have been better!!! He knows the product, is very approachable and answered questions and concerns I had about the vehicle even outside of our original appointment. I opted to return to Toyota on a Fri evening still unsure of my decision but the staff made the process so pleasant and matched a competitor’s offer that I couldn't walk away. Toyota's are great cars but knowing how exceptional and helpful the staff at Toyota of Stamford is such an added bonus.

They were very friendly at this location! They had smiles the whole time. Sean and Tom cracked jokes that helped make the process less stressful and more fun. Andy made sure to show us all of the features in the new car and he got it all set up to my liking. The process was fairly easy and quick!
