Charles Barratt was informative, efficient, extremely polite and helped me a great deal this visit. I will return shortly to get more work done. Overall rating would be hire if Hillside Toyota offered Loaner cars. When I come to this location, I have to take off from work.
Christopher Gallo in the service department really helped me find out why my Toyota matrix was shaking so much. The service department went above and beyond and helped me find more issues that I will come do service for in the future. There prices where fair and my service advisor made sure my car was in good hands at all times. He even got me a shuttle ride home to since I was stranded in New Rochelle.
Great place with great people. They talk you through the process, are very efficient and work with you and your price range. I would recommend to everyone.
The place also has a nice friendly feel to it.

I had a technical issue with car. Called, made an appointment and had the issue resolved. The service personnel was very courteous, professional and efficient. This is my 2nd car from Sansone and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Ozzy was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to my thoughts and helped me pick out a car that I am very happy with. When I call the dealership with questions he is always responsive. I decided I want a red Prius. A couple of days later he contacted me to say they were having difficulty locating a red one, would I like silver? I said no, I'd like a red one. He said OK, and 3 days later he called to tell me my red one was being prepped to be ready the next day. Good service. Thank you. Finance department was fine but I wasn't crazy about the way the extended warrantee was presented--it allowed me no time to examine the detail of a nearly $4000 purchase. Take it or leave it is not my way of purchasing anything. After I raised this objection I was told I may cancel within 30 days. A little better,a little late, and it cost me $70 to make my decision. My only negative to this experience.
I feel so taken care of every time I come in to get my car serviced! Comfortable waiting area, quick and efficient service, and they are honest. They only recommend additional items as needed and advise against it when not needed. Rally good service! I have recommended friends and family to Sansone!
I wish I could give 6 stars or more. Nelson Contreras is THE man! He hooked me up with the sweetest 2004 Toyota Landcruiser you've ever seen that they took in on trade-in from a long-time Parkway Toyota customer a few days ago. The car is by far the nicest low mileage Landcruiser I've EVER seen (and I've looked at a lot of them) and it is clear that Parkway does a great job taking care of their customers and servicing their cars with the highest degree of quality and integrity.
Here's the backstory:
I had bought a nice 2005 Toyota Landcruiser for my son from a private seller in the Spring. Before my son ever got to drive it, we had a tree fall on it during hurricane Michael in October and total it. So I've been looking for an LC for about 2 months. I've literally looked at a hundred of them online across the country. I called around and found that Parkway had just taken one in on trade. I think I may have been Nelson's first call. He sent me 50+ pictures of the car (including all of the places that some other salespeople try to hide so I knew exactly what I was getting) and I paid a deposit within 10 minutes of getting the pics. Then I flew up to NJ from VA this morning.
In the 22 hours between when I paid the deposit and arrived at the dealership, Nelson had a Master Toyota technician give it a full once over and they did about $1000 worth of maintenance to make sure the car was in pristine condition for me to drive it home. He gave me a list of the additional items not impacting driveability that the technician recommended I have checked out in the next year or so. They also had it detailed very nicely. And Nelson put in $20 in gas for me to top it off before I hit the road.
As I was driving off the lot with a big smile on my face, I saw Nelson working with another couple that was buying a trade-in BMW SUV f that he had just had detailed for them in the back of the shop with mine. So my story is FAR from unique I think. If you've in the market for a high quality used car or a new Toyota from a very reputable dealer, you should definitely go in to Parkway Toyota and see Nelson. You won't be disappointed!
