The process went pretty smooth. I was given some options to choose from as I requested. Overall they gave me 4 to make my decision from. The only thing that I want fully pleased with was receiving a vehicle that was on empty. Other than that I'm happy with the service and vehicle I recieved.
Was told by one dealership that I needed brakes front and rear ASAP. As I was away from home, preferred to have work done locally. Called one afternoon and was given the appointment for next day in AM. Was thrilled as had a trip planned out of state. Only needed front brakes (urgently). Assured me I was still ok with rear brakes but would need before too long. In and out in no time!
We are from Wisconsin, so it was important we had an exact description of the condition of the vehicle. John was very helpful and did a walk around of the vehicle taking pictures of any cosmetic damage he found both inside the van and out. When we arrived the van was exactly as he had described even to the new smell of the leather. We did purchase the vehicle in a fairly timely way. Our only complaint was that we did not know the van only came with one key fob until we were ready to drive it out of the lot. We have been in contact with the dealership and requested that they send us one, but have not heard back in the last 24hours.
Neal and Jeremy provided excellent customer service. They are both top notch service providers and should be the faces of your establishment. They are the best at what they do. I believe they truly care about the customer and the service they provide. I am grateful for their commitment and dedication to the customer. They listen and go above and beyond what is required to ensure customer satisfaction. They have gained my trust as a result of their honesty and customer commitment and will always get my business. Justin, Nick, the GM, the receptionist, and the entire team were so helpful and nice when we were running a little behind from a delayed flight. They helped us get our car from service (after closing) and get on our way right before the 8:30pm closing buzzer!! Saved us from having to carpool to work, what a great experience and phenomenal customer service! 10/10 recommend!

We love Andy and highly recommend him! Also we met Matt McGinnes and he was great also!! Butler is our go to for maintenance on our vehicles also!
Excellent customer service each time! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the service was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to use O’Brien Toyota and would recommend them highly!
The standard oil change / tire rotation was fine however the write up for a diagnostic future repair wasn’t given in a thorough manner. I had to ask them to give me a total with labor vs. just parts. They complied but I had to take it hand-written.
Great service staff!!!! Had an appointment for required maintenance and an oil change. Waited on the vehicle. Very polite and friendly staff. Quick service. Clean facility. I would highly recommend this service department!
