Started out online by completing a credit app. The sales team was quick to respond and made the entire process very easy. I actually think the time I spent at the dealership is the least amount of time I have EVER had to spend! Karen was very courteous and really took a lot of the pressure off the entire buying process. Thanks for making it a pleasurable experience!! I???d definitely do business with again!
Mr. Shaervin and Mr. Musthaba was nice and kind to help is with all questions and finance aid. They did what they could. However the documentation was not much centralized as the file move officers started calling for the missing documents one the go which is not likable. Otherwise we had good experience.
My wife and are both now on our 3rd lease each all from TOP. This was vehicle number 6 and both Salesman, Zee Umar and Finance Manager, Kal Mian made it flawless, easy, and another first class experience. I am always grateful for the staff here with each visit, but this one was by far the best one yet. Thank you for great service!! I love my new Camry SE!!
I had been searching for a tundra for a month and found one online through car fax late at night. I emailed to see if it was available and received a response immediately. Forkan was my contact and he was extremely helpful. My wife and I had been planning on visiting a closet dealership in the morning but I thought I try the Plano Toyota because the listed price was really good. Let???s just say it was worth the hour drive from Fort Worth because everyone at the Plano dealership, especially Forkan we???re so helpful and made the experience great.
Wasn???t too happy with the manager, but I???m a first time car buyer and was very nervous going in by myself. I was very fortunate to have Gill assist me and didn???t feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. He was very honest about his thoughts on each car I looked at and I???m so thankful for Gill. Not to pleased with the dealerships car options or the fact that I noticed a huge scratch on my car window after purchasing and no one told me anything and it wasn???t in the car history reports either. I was looking at 2 other cars and asked if the Manager would at least fix the scratch but he gave me a hard time even after I told him I switched from Mini of Plano to Toyota because I heard great things about the customer service. Overall Gill was absolutely amazing.
I worked with Adnan on the purchase of a RAV4. Not once did I feel pressured by him and I really feel like he was looking for out for my best interests. He was polite, friendly, and made for a great overall experience.
I worked with Hasan Amarneh to purchase a 2019 4Runner. Took a test drive on Saturday, worked out pricing over email and phone. Process was pretty easy and I picked it up the Friday after. Hasan made effort to get me the vehicle I was looking for in a short time frame since I was in a hurry. It was delivered as promised and so far I am very happy with the purchase.
I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 FX4 from George Mergeani. If was my fifth used vehicle purchase from a dealership within the last year and by far the best experience. George was wonderful to work with. Very personable, extremely fast, efficient, nice and fair. I recommend Toyota of Plano and especially Mr. Mergeani!
I bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla SE from this dealership. Anwar was a joy to work with and he made the process so stress free for me. I initially thought I would buys an LE but Anwar gave me the full rundown of my options as he is very knowledgeable of all the cars and listened to what my needs were. He gave me options that were helpful and listened to my budget. He is such a nice guy and made me feel comfortable from the beginning through the end of the process. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Anwar if looking to buy a Toyota! He knows his stuff. Oh, did I mention he also gave me the best offer compared to other dealerships?!
All the employees at Toyota of Plano are so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My sales rep, Bill Vaughn, is so knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be around. He made sure I understood every thing the car does and how it works. He is awesome.
I was in a time crunch to get the deal made due to my work schedule. They did a fantastic job making sure to have all paperwork and everything ready to go before I arrived to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend these guys.

By the grace of God I ended up at Vandergriff Toyota with CJ as my salesman. He was prompt, courteous and didn't use the typical back and forth sales tactics. I live 4 mins from Toyota of Dallas and won't be caught giving those crooks my time or money. CJ and I made a deal within an hour of stepping foot at the dealership. I had a small issue with my Venza the day after I purchased it and reached out to CJ. He had me return the car for a free repair and even gave me a loaner car for the time being. Can't thank CJ enough, please go to Vandergriff Toyota and ask for him, you won't regret it.
Just bought a beautiful used car, from the minute we walked in til the time we left everyone treated us with class and respect. the salesman Nasir(not sure I spelt his name right) and used car sales manager made our experience a very pleasant one, at no time were we rushed nor and anytime did they try and push us into anything. They made sure we got what we wanted for the price we could afford, they explained about the gap insurance which I highly recommend, we also bought the warranty which I also would recommend for peace of mind, however they didnt push us into getting it they explained what they are and what they cover. Over all I rate vandergriff toyota a 10 plus

I called Chris Witherspoon when I saw an ad for a used Hyundai Elantra on cars.com and we quickly set up an appointment on the phone. As a first time car buyer with a beginner's credit score, I was still offered to finance a car which really impressed me. Even though Chris was eager to close the deal (like any salesman is) he was willing to work out a deal that benefitted both parties. After looking at a couple cars, I decided to get a used 2015 Toyota Camry but had a strong buyer's remorse right afterwards when I realized I could have opted not to pay for the GAP Insurance and the 2-year extended warranty. Also, I got my head wrapped up in the monthly payments and ignored the bottom line (big mistake). I ended up going back to the dealership and they told me that "I needed the warranty to qualify for the loan" and that "they suffered a loss at the front-end of the deal" But, eventually they helped me take the GAP insurance off and reduced the cost of the warranty. Bottom line - they only sell good and reliable cars here (so don't even worry about that) but do some homework on what kind of deal you are willing and able to accept (don't just take everything on the deal for face value). Overall, I only have good feelings for my car and this dealership and all the people who helped me. I love the car and it is every bit what I expected it to be. Better get a car here than any other small time dealerships.
