My wife and I decided to purchase a new car. We looked at the Honda accord the Nissan Maxima and the Toyota Camry. We decided to purchase the Camry XLE. The customer service provided to us by Ronald Steele and Gregory Johnson was BY FAR THE BEST we have encountered in our search in the Atlanta Area for a new vehicle. The entire atmosphere was very professional and pleasant inside the dealership. It was a great car buying experience. I have already recommended Toyota of Union City to one of my co-workers. My service Manager - John Mannering is great. His customer service skills and concern for me is always Top Notch!! I was just seeing what the new Prius had changed since my 10 year old vehicle and my salesperson Maliik Tooley discussed all the new improvements since my last purchase and also answered my questions about trying to get the 2018 or waiting for the 2019 to come in. I thought he was very knowledgeble and worked with me to make the best decision. I decided to go on and buy the new vehicle and knew it was not on the lot but should be arriving within a few days with my color choice and all the options I wanted.
I was returning a lease and was referred to Richard. He was very helpful in explaining the process and offered to work with me to find a new vehicle. I ended up keeping the car a few additional months. Richard would consistently follow up with me without being pushy. Before I make any big purchase such as a vehicle. I make it a duty to research the spec's of a vehicle. Everything from safety to space for my family. The salesman was prepared for my question and even covered things I had missed on my research of the vehicle.
Stopping in for the first time for an oil change, I was met with great enthusiasm and professionalism by Cody McLemore. He made my stay incredibly efficient and comfortable. Even with long waits, this service center was able to make this visit as quick and affordable as possible. I really can't praise Cody and the whole staff much more. They were fantastic!
