This is the 4th Toyota I have bought from them All have gone 500,000 miles plus but one that was in a rear ending total with only 80,000 miles on it. They have maintained all of them till I gave them to my son and he drove all of them for years before selling them.

I contacted Mario Arellano, whom my family bought 4 Toyota vehicles in the past, for help buying a new Toyota RAV4. Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!

Ozzy was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to my thoughts and helped me pick out a car that I am very happy with. When I call the dealership with questions he is always responsive. I decided I want a red Prius. A couple of days later he contacted me to say they were having difficulty locating a red one, would I like silver? I said no, I'd like a red one. He said OK, and 3 days later he called to tell me my red one was being prepped to be ready the next day. Good service. Thank you. Finance department was fine but I wasn't crazy about the way the extended warrantee was presented--it allowed me no time to examine the detail of a nearly $4000 purchase. Take it or leave it is not my way of purchasing anything. After I raised this objection I was told I may cancel within 30 days. A little better,a little late, and it cost me $70 to make my decision. My only negative to this experience.
Good customer service and nice waiting area. I've had my car serviced there several times. It's a tad on the expensive side, but I always get an appointment when I need it. They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.

1. lost the car by the time i get there for a test drive. I called ahead to let them know i was on my way. 2. salesmen only started 3 days ago did'nt know much abut the car . not their fault. 3. only when asked for a card the big guns came out. A little to late then.
I first contacted Toyota of Santa Fe via Cars.com and received a quick response. However, the salesman who sent the initial message ignored my subsequent emails. I reached out to the dealership's manager and communication improved. I had expected to dicker on the price but, after the initial discount, the dealership refused to lower the price any further. Nevertheless, the price was still good, so I decided to proceed with the purchase. The salesman, manager, and other staff were friendly. Overall, I had a good experience. Aside from the initial unresponsiveness, my only two complaints are: 1) there was undisclosed damage which I noticed when I visited the dealership (about 135 miles from home), and 2) the final amount charged was higher than the sales quote. The dealership did fix most of the damage and delivered the vehicle four days later. Two small chips in the hood and a small crack in a headlight lens remained. The amount overcharged was small and, because I failed to notice it at the time (my wife wrote the check), I figured pursuing a refund would be futile.
