I worked with Al Hussain, and he was great. He was warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the 4 Runner and Tacoma. I Spent some time at the dealership in making my decision and Al took the time to explain the details of the vehicles and he wanted me to be happy with the purchase. Everything went pretty smoothly and Alex was great. However, before the sale we saw our low pressure light was on, they said it was due to it being cold and they would fill it up and it would be great. The light came back on after we drove to Appleton and back. (Days after purchasing it) My husband called and left a message and days later has not heard back.
Had a wonderful experience here. Called to set up a test drive. When I got there, they had the car ready for me. They were upfront about everything and trading in my old car was easy. I did not feel pressured, and was treated as though my business was important to them. I left the same night with the car I wanted and am very happy with my decision. Ben Lakis was our sales person and was very professional. It was found, after the sale, the key fab for pre-owned vehicle was not in the dealership's possession. Ben spent nearly a week tracking it down and retrieved it for us. It was very much appreciated. The closing on the vehicle was quick and easy as well. It was a very good experience.
The sales consultant was pleasant and well informed about the vehicle I was interested in. The buying process went quite smoothly, The person in the financial department was very courteous, informative and thorough.
After checking three other dealers and getting the price down, Marc beat their price and found the car i wanted. I really wanted to use Andrew for the car since I have been a customer there since 1986, When it was Towne and then Schlesinger Toyota. My first Camry (1986) made it to 225K and my current Camry (2005) is at that now so I decided to get a new car just in case. Andrew's service has kept both cars well maintained. My two year dalliance with an Accord was not pleasurable. Marc kept me as a happy customer.
After an accident left us with one broke down truck and a totaled Highlander. Tony helped us get a used Highlander and an used Tundra. Very happy with both vehicles and made a difficult time easier for our family. Tony was great to work with and will look to him for help in the future.

When we lost our 2006 Prius to a deer, our first call was to Jamie to help us find a replacement. We had an excellent experience with him in 2016 with our Highlander and knew we could trust him to understand our needs and limitations and find the best fit. Jamie found a used Prius that was just arriving at the dealer; we test drove it and bought it (while others were waiting to test drive it). It was a great buy and a seamless process for us with Jamie's leadership. Thanks!
I had an issue that was handled very professionally and thoroughly by John Milczarski. It was a first time experience for me at Wilde and I was very impressed with everything. My issue was covered by an extended warranty purchased at a different dealership. I believe John put in a good deal of extra effort behind the scenes to get the job done on my behalf the way it should have been which made for a very pleasant event.
