They made it so easy to get the paperwork completed and get us out the door. Just before we left, a second salesman was good enough to sync our phones to the car. If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

The service guy, name James was great. Had a problem with my breaks he took me back to the mechanic who was going to work on it. (Joe the mechanic)They both Gave me a thorough explanation of the problem, which I thought was unique. Of course, they could have told me anything like “ Hey you need a new Johnson rod” I would have probably said ok. It was my second visit to Gettle service overall excellent experience.

We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.

Adam was a great service adviser checking in me for my first service on my 2025 Tacoma. He was very nice and took the time to keep me updated. He did it with a smile and positive atttitude.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

To the management team: I wanna complement Erica, the young energetic sale rep. She stuck with me through the whole process. From the first time I inq online with interest to buy, weeks ago, till the day I've made the appointment, she kept in contact & made it happen, despite of the busiest day of the year with Black Friday sales and end of the month, she joggled between customers, allow me to test drive 3 cars, and we found the diamond I took home. don't let her petite figure fool you, She's the girl to find you your dream car, walk you through the whole process from a to z, help your program all the futures in the car. She’s the best. This is my 3rd purchase with this dealership in the last 25 years I would not drive any other car and I will keep coming back, thank you Toyota and thank you Erica.

More relaxed , thoughtful and patient negotiating process than I have had in the past with other dealerships. I believe we got a good price! Stiffed with experience!
