From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
They were helpful with perusing the vehicle options within my price range. I didn't feel rushed. All questions were answered and the services were elucidated well. I felt comfortable making this purchase.
I recently leased my 2018 Rav and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional sales associate. Shamika worked diligently to accommodate my financial situation as well as upgrading my Rav to meet my personal satisfaction. The Sales person Joseph was kind and made my awkward girlfriend feel somewhat comfortable and my shy younger brother enjoy his visits. Made it simple and easy for us all and we all appreciate his great help in everything. The process was a mess to get the car due to our business manager not relaying information properly to either Joseph or I so the lengthy process of purchasing the car took 3 separate visits to conclude. It was fun while it lasted talking to Joseph. The only reason I'm rating everything a Five star is because of Joseph.

Ray truly wanted to earn my business and it was felt from the initial meet and greet at the front desk. The entire walk around he assured me he was going to take of me and he definitely came through in the end. It took 2 days but we were able to make the deal.

We purchased a 2014 Audi A4 from Eli's Auto. We worked with Kevin and we are very pleased with the experience. He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and concerns and genuinely wanted us to be happy with our deal. We felt very comfortable with purchasing our car. Whole deal, including the paper work, was done in less than an hour. He assured us that his mechanic will take a look at the car and whatever work is required would get it done. The mechanic checked the car changed oils, break pads and rotors all free of charge. After two weeks we noticed some issue with the car and contacted Kevin. He immediately agreed to take care of it and the very next day we took the car to Eli's Auto's mechanic and got the car fixed. Eli's Auto took care of all expenses. We definitely very highly recommend Eli's Auto to anyone looking for used car.
