I have been searching for a few months for a car. This is my first car purchase and it was a very simple and easy transaction. The two people running the lot/shop are very nice and honest people who seem to actually take care of the cars they get. They also have a carfax for every vehicle on their website. Also with cars not on the site but you'd have to visit the lot. They helped me with everything I needed and I would defiantly purchase another car from them! Highly recommend!!
Moe and Sam were great, friendly, honest and stayed after hours in order to meet with me. I had been looking for a vehicle for months in and around where I live (Pittsburgh, PA). After speaking to them about a car they had listed for sale, they stayed late. I drove a hour and a half to meet them. Drove the car, loved it. They held the car for me and I came back up to New Castle the following weekend and purchased the vehicle. They are also did my plates, title and registration all in one visit. They DO NOT charge any dealers fees to purchase from them which is a rare find and a pleasure to learn. If you are in the market for a great quality used car, go see them, it is worth the trip no matter how far you have to drive.
It was very important that I had a good description and photos of the vehicle on line because I had a long drive to get there to see the vehicle and did not want to waste a trip. After talking to a salesmen on the phone, I made the trip. They were waiting for me and knew exactly what I was there for and who I was.

The gang at Boardman Subaru, especially John and Joe were excellent. They greeted us cordially, answered every question accurately and after the purchase John sat in the car with us patiently explaining the nuances of the technology until we were all satisfied that we understood.
Bought a used Ford from them over the Internet. Spoke with Bubba (how cool is that name?) and worked with him throughout the day and he did a great job of being up-front about the car and what he could do for me as far as price, etc. There were a few small issues, which he took care of before I drove the nearly two hours to get there (including a spur-of-the-moment solution that was pretty darn clever). Purchase was smooth, car was clean and even had new tires! The 3,000 mile limited warranty, while not totally comprehensive, is a great piece of mind to have. Would purchase again from Bubba and the crew at Boardman again.
I am very satisfied with my purchase from Preston. I flew in from out of state, and although I was very unhappy with my airline, I was very happy with the customer service I received from Preston Toyota. After shopping around several other dealerships, my wife and I stopped at Toyota of Boardman to look at a couple of used trucks we had seen online. We were greeted by Kyle Richeal who was a great, easy going salesman who actually knows how to listen. There's wasn't an ounce of pressure and he was immediately ready with prices and answers to our questions. He stepped back and let us shop and helped steer us when we were looking for something specific. He was nice enough to stay late and let us test drive although we weren't settling on a vehicle that day. The test drive was worth it. The used truck felt like new and we decided to buy. Amazing buying experience. The management and dealer are the best. I got exactly what I needed for my trade in so my monthly payments would be within my budget. Bottom line, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, this is the place to go.
The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.

If you are looking for fancy this is not the place, but if you like an honest place to do business read on. All the cars have a car fax. They have mechanics going through the cars before they go on the lot. I bought an older Mercedes over the phone! I drove 4 hours and found the car to be better than described. I love the car. Kevin was a pleasure to do business with.
Just happened to stop by the dealership. The sales people were very courteous and knowledgeable about several cars on the lot. The sales manager guy was very hands on, went over a lot of options that could be ordered
