This is my 14th car that I have purchased. Sometimes I know exactly what I want and where to buy it, but this time I was replacing a 2002 GMC Envoy and really had to shop around to find a similar car because we were completely in the dark on what mfrs offered size and feature-wise. When we stopped into ToN, we were fortunate to be met by Tom Clancy who stepped us through all of the features of the various versions of the 2018 Highlander. We looked at new and used. He gathered the info on what we were looking for and zero'd in on our choices. Although we had already looked at dozens of cars and still had a few more to go, we were so impressed with Tom and the ToN team that we bought the Highlander on the spot. We'd never been in a Toyota dealership before, and this was a very nice experience. We were introduced to Jose, Tom's manager, who helped resolve a small problem with the paint on the car. Joe in finance put the paperwork together quickly and without error. He also advised me on gap insurance, which I had forgotten about. Can't really say enough nice things about Tom, great sense of humor, did not waste our time, got right down to what our needs were, had excellent listening skills combined with excellent product knowledge. Tom had a mastery of the numbers as to what the costs of the alternatives would be and made the selection process easy and fast. He was very helpful during the test drive, making sure we understood the features of the car we were driving and going into good depth on the functions and benefits of each feature. Tom made car-buying (something I don't like to do) fun! Even the upsales presentation (add-ons you might want to snap onto the base car) was very well put together and took a minimal amount if time.
I took my new VW Golf in for its regular service (oil change). I made the appointment at a time convenient for me and arrived a couple minutes before the 9AM scheduled time. Since it was (hopefully) a quick service, I decided to just wait it out in the Lokey VW waiting room. The service advisor was courteous and had my car pulled in to the bay within moments of me signing in. I had been waiting about 20 minutes when the service advisor came to let me know the oil change and multi-point inspection was complete and everything was good to go. He then asked if I would like my car to be washed and after saying yes, I settled in for about 15 more minutes before he came back to give me the paperwork and my keys and point me to my now clean and shiny and serviced car waiting up front. While I was waiting I had the opportunity to see another of the service advisors, Antonio, who has assisted me with other requests for this car in the past. Since I was hearing a sound that I wanted to be checked to confirm it was not something going wrong, I asked Antonio if he could check it out for me. Without hesitation, Antonio took the key and I jumped in as a passenger; he took my car around the block so I could point out the sound I was hearing that concerned me. Antonio quick diagnosed the sound as the turbo blow-off sound and that it was completely normal, setting my apprehension at ease (I was about to make a long road trip and certainly did to want to encounter any problems with the car while I was on the road). They say that when you buy a car, your relationship with the salesperson can be a good thing but the essential component of any car sale is the relationship and trust you have with the service staff since the sale is one-and-done but the service relationship is ongoing. Well, the service I receive from Lokey VW is second to none - I can put a check mark in all four of the boxes that are important to me: friendly staff, timely service, quality delivery, and value for the service! Keep up the good work guys!
Appointment was made with the Service Department by Brian Singletery,Service Consultant, with Toyota of Hollywood. Upon arriving, Mr.Singletery met with me at the appointed time. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Services rendered was exceptional. I was very pleased.

From start to finish, we were extremely impressed with Toyota of Hollywood. We were able to get the car we wanted, a RAV4 Hybrid, with all the options we listed. Total professionalism by the staff. We were given ample time to go over everything the car has to offer and understand it completely. Sandra and Maria were extremely helpful with our paperwork and made long distance buying a doable option. I bought my first Toyota there in 1973 - still quality work on the car and at the dealership!
So I know many have had good and bad experiences at dealerships; long waits, unmotivated staff, or sometimes you feel like they are just talking you down the rabbit hole. I'm here to write about my experience as a first time car buyer. Valerie and her excellent sales rep helped me find the car that was not only within my price range, but also stylish and reliable. I walked in through the pearly white doors at 11AM and out by 1PM... Just kidding I'm not going to sugar coat this review. I walked into Mossy TOYOTA (Don't get confused with Mossy FORD across the street) and was happily greeted by Percy Settle (Sales rep). I don't know if it was fate or maybe I'm just gullible, but Percy and I talked like equals. He first asked me what I was in for and helped me get comfortable for the Space Mountain of a rollercoaster that I was about to endure! Just kidding, we talked for a bit and he understood my situation with bad credit and no money in the bank. We then proceeded to look at cars, and boy did we look! He not only was able to help me find a car that was reasonable, but also stylish and newer than the car I previously had. During the test drive, I asked him if they do it to see if the person they were selling the car to, is a speed demon or drives like a snake on the highway so they can sell the driver more packages and make more money? He laughed and comforted me by saying they test drive with the person to listen for any outstanding defects on new and used cars, so they can say they proudly sell a safe and reliable car. After the drive, came the financial part, oh boy. After Percy was able to talk with his negotiators, a young lady by the name of Valerie came to talk with me. I spoke about my situation and she listened with all ears, took a look at my credit, and then proceeded upstairs. After a little over an hour of waiting with bathroom breaks and talking to Percy, Valerie came back down to call me to sign paperwork. I was a little confused at first, but Percy again reassured me letting me know that she knows what she is doing. I followed her and she brought me into a room that had a lot of paperwork. (xxx?! I'M NOT READY FOR THIS!) She sat me down and told me she was able to work with some people to help me get within my budget. It was ~$100 less than I was preparing to pay for with BAD CREDIT! THANK YOU VALERIE! To finish up, she went through all the paperwork with a breeze and told me what each and every one of my initials or signatures meant. She also explained to me the coverage options I could defer or recommended ones I should get 'just in case' situations come up. Not only was she professional, but also up front about my situation. She was worried because she didn't know what she could get for me. Overall, I ended up with a more reliable car that I can afford and it was thanks to the team at Mossy TOYOTA. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! Thanks for reading because sometimes unsung heroes need to be recognized. I will probably copy and paste me review across the other review sites as well, too lazy to write a new one. By the way, I got a 2013 Toyota Corolla S. Again, nothing too fancy because I'm a practical kind of person and they treated me as such. Find someone who will understand you and what your needs are and listens to you.
I just bought a used certified 2013 Toyota Prius Plug in yesterday. My sales agent Sam Jin did a fabulous and ethical job in advicing me to pick out the right car. He was very forthcoming with me. It was a good deal and I left with satisfaction with my experience from sales, finance department, insurance as well as the store manager. I am very happy with my purchase and the selections here. I will definitely come back again and refer family and friends.
