I was looking for a used car of a certain brand, and there was one available at Fowler. I contacted the dealer and Denise got back to me almost immediately. She readily answered any questions that I had and offered to provide me with any information I would have liked. I was going to make this purchase from out of town and was looking for a local mechanic who knew this brand. I had trouble finding one but Denise was able to get me names of several who work on European cars. Unfortunately, the car sold quickly (which I absolutely expected it to because it was priced well). Denise got back to me to tell me that the car sold, when she really had no obligation to do so. This is what is called great customer service and something that is sorely missing at a lot of place. Given the opportunity, I would gladly do business with them.

This trucks not quick, but bound to be reliable. I purchased it to tow a side by side. I’ve upgraded suspension, brakes and transmission, easy to work on.
The overall experience was nice and all, the person I worked with frank seemed to know what he was talking about but when I asked to get more info there wasn’t much customer service to help.
Solid as they come

Drove my Tacoma for 5.5 years and loved it. After living with a vehicle for 5 years you do pick at the minor short comings. First, I wish I had gotten leather to begin with as I missed it. The cloth seats are very durable, but were stiff and a little rough to the touch. Second, the turn radius of the Double Cab long bed is not very conducive to parking. Lastly, the Entune radio system is lousy and very disappointing for the upgrade cost for JBL. With all that said the resale value is terrific (90% of original price 6 years later) and I would not hesitate to purchase again. I simply upgraded to a Tundra and promptly got my leather!
I had did research on the vehicles I wanted to see. The owner and staff were very friendly and let me test drive and look over the vehicles I wanted to see. I did end up purchasing a vehicle and he told me the history of the vehicle I purchased. I felt like a valued customer and I'm happy with the automobile I purchased

2013 Tacoma with 2 wheel drive off road suspension is quiet and comfortable on the interstate while demonstrating off control at a level expected for two wheel drive. Locking rear differential seems quite effective for conditions I expect to meet.
I got truck from them and they were honest and helpful, they gave me discount. This truck is a great truck, nothing wrong with it and price was way lower than others Salesman was a nice guy and help me a lot to find what I want Please stop there at first if u want to buy a car

This is my 5th Toyota vehicle and my 3rd Tacoma. Like a few others have mentioned power is not what it was in my 2010 or 2006. Why doesn't Toyota offer a Turbo model? My 2013 has the smog pump under the hood and I am considering going back to a Ford as I can't stand that pump noise and the softer response of acceleration! I wish Toyota would step up and offer the Turbo or Supercharged Tacoma. I had a 1986 model with the turbo and even with the little 22r it made a noticeable difference.
Drove over 3 hours to look at a car that was not as advertised. Lots of body damage, that was not revealed during many conversations with the salesperson. Disappointed. I checked reviews before making the drive, so not what I expected.
Most reliable truck ever.

So well built. Bullet proof. I drive it 100 miles a day. For over 100k miles now. And it runs and drives like new. I have only done preventative maint to it. Never had to have anything repaired. Rides a bit rough, but handles well.
Perfect midsize truck. Excellent balance of features, price, reliability, style, and capabilities. The 4 cylinder engine isn't setting any land speed records, but 20+ MPG is real nice. Especially for commuting.
I've been reviewing and researching the Toyota Tacoma for over a year... It is exactly what I was looking for. I have friends who have them and they love their's too. As I said I've only had it two days but I can see many happy trails ahead!
Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City is without a doubt a symbol of excellence. As a long time customer we can attest to the fact that everyone goes out of their way to accommodate customers. Todd Bondy is an outstanding leader and Scott Dounn as Service & Parts Director is simply marvelous. Thank you for taking care of your loyal customers.
