I just purchased a vehicle from their used car center. It took three trips from Seattle, numerous texts, and some tough conversations, but I finally got a deal with which I felt comfortable. If you are looking for the traditional used car buying experience, come to Marysville Ford, but get ready to haggle!
Go see Brandon Bakemeyer!! He was awesome to work with. He was knowledgable, patient, and very much a great person to hang out with. Buying a car can be a horrible experience, and Brandon made it enjoyable! Please go see him for all of your future needs New and Used! You will not be dissatisfied or disappointed!
I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
Joshua Treat was both very busy and absolutely with me and my wife when we came in to buy a car. Since we had a COSTCO relationship established there was no bickering over price and no hassle. We got a Bolt, which is a different breed of vehicle than a gas powered one, and Joshua gave us enough information to get out of the dealership with no mishaps. Maybe a little more practical advice about how to use/deal with an Electric Vehicle would be nice, but that is very hard to give just the right amount. Excellent service, and so far it appears to be an excellent choice for vehicle.
Buying my 2017 Certified Pre Owned Ford Fusion Titanium was the easiest transaction ever! It was worth the short drive from Everett not to mention the Tax savings! I would highly recommend this dealer.
After experiencing several "not so good" experiences with auto dealerships on our side of the water, we made the trip to Edmonds and had the best car buying experience we have had. This is our first Toyota and we are thrilled. Adam, our salesperson was awesome. He explained everything about the car and physically showed us everything. He was not pushy and very honest. The "back and forth" was professional, we were honest with him (we had a very strict budget number) he was honest with us. Adam's manager, Peter, was involved in the process and was great to work with. Peter made it right when there was mistake between what he had written down on the agreement and what came up in the financing. I can't say enough positives about the whole experience. I highly recommend Magic Toyota, Adam, Peter and their team! Well done, and we will be back!
recently purchased a vehicle from Rodland Toyota- over all was not real impressed with the way we were dealt with. Felt they were just the average dealership out to get into your pocket. Got a bad vibe during negotiations when some questionable stuff happened. Got the vehicle we wanted, but had to negotiate way too much -just felt uncomfortable-guess we got spoiled by our last interaction with a Toyota dealer in Tacoma- it wa exceptional, but they didn't have the vehicle we wanted this time.
