They treated me very well and gave me good advice. All of my repairs have been covered thanks to their recommended coverage plan. They always give me a loaner so I never have to go without or depend on others.
Rebecca Hightower saved me from being left out in the cold when I got two flat tires. She went above and beyond to help me get two new tires so I could get home late on a Saturday afternoon just before closing. She was the kindest most helpful person I have ever worked with
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. We have bought 3 vehicles from Morre to date. There is no better group of folks to meet and exceed your wants and needs when it comes to buying a vehicle. Their finance team is fast and produces the deal with ease. I have horrible credit...bankruptcy ect. They were able to put me with a reputable lender....great interest rate and low payment. They really are a group of friends not sharks. Other dealerships turned me down and left me hanging....Morre didnt; they listened and made it happen. I didn't have to down grade or be put in a cheaper vehicle....my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Like I said I have purchased 3 vehicles with them....they're a Class Act for sure.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.

Also to Parts Dept. Jesse Clemente, who took the time to locate the missing wheel lock key. And to Mgrs.Mike Rial and Cherif Guirguis who both spent time talking with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. The total experience was an absolute pleasure. Ruel provided help in a courteous and respectful manner through the entire sale and purchase of my new car. He did not pressure me for the sale while early in the process I informed him I was only interested in learning about the cars, my options, and test driving the car. Once I decided buy the car, he helped me find the model, trim, and color that I wanted. With the inventory available at the time this was not easy. He found the car I wanted and it was brought to the dealership and prepared within a day. Kevin worked with me on the purchase price to come up with something that worked for me and the dealership. I found the entire staff to be helpful and friendly both in person and on the phone.
