We picked up our car tonight! The process was a little complicated but they made it seamless. They were very accommodating and helped us to achieve the purchase of our new car. The car was detailed and very clean when we picked it up. They were very informative and we felt like we had all the information we needed to complete the transaction. We would recommend them! I originally started discussing a new Tacoma with Tae Lee via email. He was a breeze to deal with and was quick to respond. When I showed up to test drive the truck I was treated with respect and taken care of right away. I ended up driving it home that day! They gave me a GREAT deal (truly) on the Tacoma and I couldn’t be more satisfied. 5 stars for sure!!
Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff at Bickford Ford that helped me with purchasing my new vehicle. I have purchased vehicles here before from Dave, and will continue to refer him and Bickford to others. Michael did a good job showing me the features in my new vehicle.
My wife and I had been shopping around at various Toyota dealers and decided to check out Toyota of Seattle. We were quickly introduced to Mirek who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of Toyota in general as well as the Toyota 4Runner which is the vehicle we were looking at. Mirek was more interested in finding the vehicle that was right for us instead of just making a sale. He took the time to find out a little about us. Between Mirek's knowledge and genuine care our overall experience with Toyota of Seattle was truly a great one.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Service on vehicles has always been good and done timely.

I come here regularly for service and recently to explore replacing an older Toyota Sienna. The salesman was informative, new the product features, and was low-pressure but thorough. I elected at this time to maintain the older Sienna and replace it at a future date, but will very likely start at this dealership when I do decide to purchase.
This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
They had very good customer services and they let me get the car that I want.
