I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The service was good at first but after I backed out, they just ignored my request to get deposit back... The sales asked me to talk to front desk and front desk asked me to talk to sales. Very disappointed.
The Salesman named Andres was the nicest guy and so, so helpful. He explained everything completely and helped to calm my anxiety level over what to pick and all the paperwork. His Sales Manager Brett was also very helpful. This is the fourth car I have gotten from Moss Bros Toyota and I am so very happy to always get the best customer service.
