This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.

I love the performance, reliability and functionality. An excellent truck. A great ride and comfortable seats. While the following are trivial items they still disappoint me when paying almost $30k. no exterior temperature shown, cup holders are ridiculous and actual stick to cup and come out, knob for radio is too small.

I remember when i almost bought a vehicle when they were located in Hauppauge,ny. This experience at there new location in Farmingdale,n.y was exceptional> no pressure great atmosphere and a wonderful and professional sales person. Sales professional Annalea was so helpful and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle. The vehicle which i purchased was super clean and had all the options i wanted. After looking at used vehicles i am happy i purchased for Novak Motors .Annalea is an asset to this company and would without reservation reccommend Annalea and this Dealership to anyone i know looking for a great deal on a quality used vehicle. This was a truck that I had long wanted. When I traded up to a new 2018 Tacoma, it had 78,000 miles on it and was still running like it was brand new. You can't beat the reality, styling, gas mileage and all around greatness of this truck. I loved my Tacoma so much that I don't think that I will ever own another brand of truck. On top of everything, the re-sale value was incredible. I never expected to get that much of my money back on a trade!
This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Novak. Both times I received top notch service. I dealt with Scott, he was very personal and knowledged. He made my experience very smooth. I definitely recommend Novak and Scott

not needed any repairs yet, tires long lasting, brakes lasting longer than any other ride, plenty of get up and go, great smooth ride, miles per gallon are good.

Although I purchased this truck used, it was in mint condition w/low mileage. A rugged 4X4, fully loaded with extras and off-road tires and rugged blacked-out rims. This truck performs well above standards, on and off-road. Hands down better than the Nissan trucks and Jeeps I’ve owned- and I traded a Jeep for this Tacoma! Besides, the resale value on Toyota’s cannot be beat! This is a long-lasting performance truck worth every penny.
I am happy to say that all went well even though my credit is poor. I did not settle, I got the car I wanted and like I said all is good.

This truck was my dream vehicle from an early age and the make and style only got better and better. Not once in the 40,000 miles was there ever a hiccup or concern that made me question my buying decision. The size of the cab and bed were perfect for everyday use and the occasional need to haul large items (ie. couches, cabinets, lumber, etc.). The bed liner has several anchors for straps which made packing anything in the bed a simple walk-in-the-park.
Ali Shah was the man called to talk to us--I think it was the luck of the draw and the luck was all ours. We bought both a previously owned Prius and an Avalon, while trading in a Kia. From start to finish, Ali was courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. Not that we needed to be coaxed but after the less-than-gracious (aka rude) treatment from Eagle Motors next door, he was a welcome relief. I'd also like to single out Matt Governali in the finance department for completing what was an enjoyable experience from the moment we walked out the door to the moment we drove away with our two cars. I cannot recommend Riverhead Toyota more--and especially to women! who are often treated with condescension by car salesmen.
This is our 3rd vehicle from Colonial Toyota and our 2nd from our sales person Anthony Mao. We actually look for Anthony, he makes us feel comfortable and this time he had some great advice. We were originally in the market for a used Highlander coming off a lease because that's what we could afford. Anthony discussed possibly leasing instead of purchasing and brought to our attention a lot of the benefits of going the lease route. After going home and doing some research of our own and talking to some friends we decided to lease a 2017 Highlander XLE. We were able to get a brand new vehicle instead of a used one. Anthony was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle and worked with my wife on picking out the color. Going with Anthony's advice we went with the pearl white exterior with black interior. We then sat down with Kasey Curran and he explained all of the details of the lease and answered all of our questions. After doing my own research I thought I had the lease language down and understood the complexity of how a lease works, which by the way is probably the biggest reason why people buy over leasing, but Kasey was able to explain how a lease works and made it simple to understand. He took his time and answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. We look forward to 3 years from now when we get to pick out a new vehicle. Hopefully Anthony Mao is still selling cars. To make thing even better I can't wait till Lenny Pue our service consultant, who we've been dealing with since 2002 and serviced our 2000 Camry XLE, sees our new Highlander. We really trust Lenny and bring all of our Toyota's to him to get serviced. He makes sure our vehicles are well maintained and safe for us to drive in. Never pressures us to make a purchase that isn't necessary and always works within our budget. Absolutely love Colonial Toyota!
Out of every car dealership I have been to, Sunrise Toyota has been by far the best. Gerson was my salesperson and I did not feel any pressure at all during the process-he was wonderful and very knowledgeable. This was is second lease from Sunrise Toyota- they are very reliable and efficient.

From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
Don't go anywhere else to buy your Toyota! Riverhead Toyota is the best!!!! Dan Gladd, my salesman, was fantastic!!!! He was personable, professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. Moreover, Dan did not pressure me to make a quick sale. This was mutually beneficial. I love my Rav 4 and am a happy customer. Dan sold a vehicle and created a customer for life. Although Dan deserves the most credit for ensuring that I was a happy customer, EVERYONE at Riverhead Toyota was great!!! The women who greeted me when I walked into the dealership were welcoming, friendly and professional. Ali pinch hit for Dan when I picked up my SUV. Like Dan, Ali provided me with excellent customer service. Others stepped up to the plate as well. My 2012 Certified Rav 4 looked brand new when I picked it up. Great job prep team !!!!
