Let me be very clear in this review I had gone to every dealership, Car lot, financing location and credit union desperately searching for someone to help me, a single dad just trying to get a vehicle to be able to pay the bills and safely transport my daughter to school, daycare, and to her mothers but I received every run around and scheme imaginable that would benefit the salesman not me the customer. That’s not customer service.
That was until I went to Auburn Honda! I was skeptical but the initial reassurance and comfort given by salesman Donovan Buttram was such a drastic change I knew something was different about them. Now my terrible credit had stopped me before from getting a car but not with this guy! He was positive he could get me a vehicle and a good one at that. A few hours and one test drive later him and his finance team got me onto a BRAND NEW 2017 Honda Civic LX. I drove off the lot with tears rolling down my face in utter disbelief.

I came to NorCal looking for new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I met with Rick and he spent time with me talking about what I was looking for and suggested the Nitto Ridge Grappler. It has been a great tire and I was very happy with the service and product. Later that same month, after a bad experience with a Jeep dealership in town, I decided to take my Jeep back to Rick in hopes of getting the same great service I got the first time and I was not disappointed. He came right out and took a look at the issue that the dealership couldn’t find and said he could get me right in and get it evaluated, now that’s good service. We talked about options on getting it fixed, the cost and time it would take to repair it. Rick was friendly, professional, and very easy to do business with. My repairs were done properly and I am again very happy with the service and work done. The shop was clean, organized and I would definitely recommend NorCal Motor Company.
This is the second Toyota Tundra I have purchased from Roseville Toyota. The salesman Chris S was great just like the last time. The financing was quick and easy. I also use Roseville Toyota for all my services. They have always been quick, fair, honest, and keep my trucks clean.
Always work with the same team so they know the servicing and history of my car. They are friendly and accommodating. Service is also timely and they address concerns and questions in a very professional manner.
Roseville Toyota has always provided great customer and vehicle service. I have two other Toyota dealerships closer to where I live but always go to Roseville Toyota because of the service they have provided me over the past 10+ years.
I’ve been bringing my cars to Folsom Lake Toyota for nearly 13 years. The repair counselors always review the maintenance report with me and let me know if any maintenance will be required in the coming weeks/months, the facilities are always clean and comfortable, and the service is usually pretty quick. I’ve found that it is better to wait onsite for the car. Also, appointments fill up quickly (and can be made online) so expect to schedule at least a week or two out.
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
Had a good experience working with both Kyle and Cain internet sales. They worked with us for well over a few years to make sure we got the car we wanted. They were patient and well informed and made car buying much easier. We are pleased with our purchase! Kyle and Cain work together and there was always one of them to help us. I recommend them highly.
Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate.
