Beautiful truck, just not happy with it.
The cab has a lot of wind noise from the airbag vents in the back of the cab, and when it rains, it sounds like i'm in an old tin roof shed.
And don't get me started about satellite radio, the music I've heard on it sounds worse than bootlegged cassette tapes, and those SiriusXM people won't stop bugging me to sign a contract!
Thinking of trading it in on a used 2 door model if I ever find one, I know they exist, they just aren't available to the general public. :(
Your whole team has made the process of buying a car straight forward and enjoyable. All dealers tell you they will but you delivered . The operations of the car were explained till we understood,sometime not easy with non tech savvy people. Your whole team contributed to a wonderful experience

This baby drives like a champ, you sit nice and high and can see everything, plus its so comfy! We can't wait to go camping with it!
Brought my car in for a service campaign update and I was worried about a noise from the transmission and their technician was able to determine where and what is causing it. They corrected the problem and no worries. Thanks Toyota of Greenville!!

Controls are all very straightforward & easy to reach & use. I love that it still has a CD player for my favorite old tunes, & more current tech such as phone sync & navigation. Love it all!

Truck met all my needs. Nice cab size, great fuel mileage, easy to park, plenty of storage, awesome ECT power feature. Awesome truck to own!
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! Thank you all at VROOM........

Very good truck. I just wish that you could get power seats and leather in the long bed. Also a small V8 would really be nice!
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.

The truck is great. Plenty of room. It is great on gas. Exceeds my expectations. I had a full size truck before. Moving to a smaller truck has been a good move. Really like my Toyota.
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I have owned and driven many different vehicles from various brands. Toyota is at the top. Best mid-sized truck on the market in my opinion. Tacomas hold their value. I've gotten more attention/compliments from mine, in the sandstone color, than from my 04 Subaru STI in WRB with gold BBS rims. Crawl control is amazing.
Excellent dealer to work with! Worked with Zack and Tim—would highly recommend; always returned calls and texts promptly. Drove 8 hours to buy from Ralph Hayes Toyota.

I've owned 4 new Tacos. This last Limited spent half of its year ownership in the shop mainly for a recall but also with many complaints. The truck would surge at idle. Had delayed engagement into drive. Was always searching for gears. Got lousy mileage. Had less power than our 2015 yet with more hp. Go figure. I'll never buy another Taco unless its a 2015 or older. Very disappointed.
Ben Moran and the Salesman Mike were able to get me the exact 4runner that I wanted with the options I was looking. I was very pleased with the managers after we had a little issue come up they went above and beyond to fix the problem. Thank you, Mike, Ben, Bunky, and all the others involved in this purchase. If you are looking to buy a Toyota this is the place to go!
Wanted to test drive a few vehicles before selecting small SUV. Left 3 dealerships with ambivalent attitudes about the vehicles, as well as sales teams. Test drove 2019 RDX and immediately loved both the vehicle and our sales consultant, Ken Hucker. Ken knew every detail about the SUV and its amenities and spent nearly an hour going over features with us after the paperwork was completed. He even linked phones for us, helped set up key fobs, and offered future assistance any time we needed something explained. The RDX is amazing, but the customer service sealed the deal. My husband and I agree that this was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had, and this is our 13th car between us.
Recently decided to purchase a new Scion FR-S. I sent emails to all dealers within a 250 mile radius of my house. I simply stated the exact vehicle I was looking for and requested to be contacted via email if the dealer could meet my request. As expected some did not reply, some just signed me up for spam, some wanted to speak via phone (despite my email only request), and a few listened and sent me a quote as requested. Toyota of Easley not only offered the best price, but my salesperson (Kayla Kelley) was extremely friendly, listened to my request, followed through on commitments, and was always available to discuss the purchase. I drove down three days after first contacting them and picked up my new car. No unexpected surprises or service contract selling pressure, just a straight forward, great buying experience.
