I needed to get a car that I could afford and Billy Mason surpassed any expectations I had. I was presented with a very affordable 2013 Toyota Camry with low miles and excellent condition which I am now the proud owner of. The entire process was quick and professional.
After meeting Jack Jackson at the new car show at Sumter Landing in The Villages, I went to Phillips Toyota to drive a RAV4 and to talk with him about leasing one. Jack explained the safety features of the RAV4 as we took a test drive. He's very knowledgeable about the RAV4 and told me about free maintenance during my lease, roadside assistance and lifetime powertrain warranty. Jack worked out a really great deal which allowed me to drive home the same day in a beautiful new red Toyota RAV4! WOW!
The experience was very pleasant. We were not pressured to buy a vehicle. Jesse answered all our questions. And we are very satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. Jessie is an excellent sales person.

We went into the Mullinax Ford Apopka location after visiting numerous Ford dealers in the Central Florida area. Our sales consultant Jose Burgos listened to our request and for found that specific vehicle we wanted with little time wasted, after other dealers couldn’t. Jose went above and beyond working with us and as my wife said, this has the best experience we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vehicle, you’ll want to go to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and ask for request Jose!

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
The thought of having to go to a big dealership and spend all day negotiating the price and financing makes me sick to my stomach. I've had to do that to many times. Vehicle Clearing House and Rick are nothing like that. I came in to look at a particular car they had advertised and within an hour I was driving off the lot. They showed me all the reports and took me for a test drive and explained everything about the car. I completed a credit app and had my financing done in 30 minutes with one of the many credit unions they do business with. They even did all the tag transfer stuff on spot. love these guys.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
