My wife and I decided to purchase a new car. We looked at the Honda accord the Nissan Maxima and the Toyota Camry. We decided to purchase the Camry XLE. The customer service provided to us by Ronald Steele and Gregory Johnson was BY FAR THE BEST we have encountered in our search in the Atlanta Area for a new vehicle. The entire atmosphere was very professional and pleasant inside the dealership. It was a great car buying experience. I have already recommended Toyota of Union City to one of my co-workers. My second visit for car maintenance to this facility and the entire experience is based on technology, the best trusted service, and my experience as a customer. They understand that leaving your car for maintenance is second only to going to the doctor and they make it as easy as possible with lots of ways to communicate and address questions and concerns. Visibility to my bill is much appreciated and there are no concerns from booking to the appointment to calling me with updates to paying my bill that wasn't easy and trusted.
Great service experience with Jeff in the service department. I left my truck and without wait was driven home by Mr. Bass in the courtesy van and picked up when service was complete. This was a smooth transaction and I highly recommend Mike Patton Ford.
