Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars. The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. And look forward to doing business with them in the future
I have bought and leased many cars over the years. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did yesterday at David McDavid of Austin. All of them were extremely courteous and so helpful. They spent a lot of time working with me and when it was all said and done I felt they were extremely fair. This was overall the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Kolosso Toyota from Isaiah Stewart and couldn???t be more happy. I had my 2015 Toyota Prius recently serviced at Dunning Toyota. Marlon handled my check-in and check-out; he was excellent--professional, friendly, and helpful. Service was performed on-time at the cost provided me a check-in.
Front bearing went out on vehicle. $700.00 to replace at Chevy in Cook, MN. This was nearly twice the amount I paid to have other bearing replaced 1 yr previous in Forest Lake, MN. In fact, mechanic recommended I replace "that" bearing too until I informed him it had been replaced. No other options available within miles. FYI: 1st place I serviced our vehicle that would not recognize veterans service with a discount - even at their inflated price.
I am an international student and I leased a car from Bennett. Two important things I want to share about them:
1) First, I had an offer from another dealership and I call them and I asked them as my local dealership to match the price. Not only did they match the stated price in my quote first but they also gave me couple of dollars more discount.
2) The process of being accepted by Bank and Toyota based on my university documents was really smooth and the sales and finance people were optimistic and smiling all the time.
Specifically, I recommend Product Specialist, Richard Berkheimer who was my contact there. He is totally honest and knows what he is doing.
