While having my Ram 1500 lease serviced which is ending in 2/19 I wondered into the sales dept saw a Charger AWD that I was interested in I sat in the vehicle and was thinking this is my next lease vehicle I WAS IGNORED BY THE ALL THE SALESMAN WHO SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN THEIR PHONES OR TELLING A STORY!!!!! NOT ONE ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME !!!!
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
Mae is the absolute best there is. Period. If you are looking for a new or used Nissan in Northern Jersey i'm sure you will be tempted to shop around at all the other local dealers in the area...but do yourself a favor. Save yourself and your family the headache, the hassle, and the time and go to Ramsey Nissan where they are actually willing to make deals happen...and no one does it better then Mae. The salesman, Bill Hessler, was extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We requested a certain model and color. He worked tirelessly to locate the vehicle for us. While locating the vehicle and once located, he kept us informed on his progress and our delivery date. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, he was knowledgeable about the features and walked us through all the information to operate the vehicle properly. In addition, the sales manager, John Contreras, was great as well. He evaluated our vehicle for trade in and gave us a great price. He was also available to meet with us when we arrived for vehicle delivery. The time, attention to detail and overall customer interaction was excellent. Our new, 2019 Highlander XLE, is an excellent vehicle which matches the attention this dealership gave us.
On Monday December 3rd our family went car shopping for my daughter at Johnson Toyota in Middletown and were met by Brian a Johnston sales representative.. from the first time we met until the end of our visit we were treated with the utmost respect. And our questions and concerns were answered we were treated like human beings not just a number. Brian's goal was to make us happy and to get us the best deal possible which he succeeded. Having bought numerous cars both new and used over the years at various dealerships, this was the first experience that I didn???t feel pressured to buy. The service and communication were excellent throughout the process. I worked with Brian Ruperti and his service was excellent, I would highly recommend asking for him when you walk through the door.

Went in without an appointment on Black Friday to see Ryan Murphy who sold a car to my cousin. He told me he had a customer and the wait would be about 45 mins but that he'd make it worth my while if I waited for him. Ryan did not disappoint! Without haggling back n forth negotiations, he gave me a deal on a new lease from a basic '16 latitude Cherokee to a '19 limited Cherokee with more specs than I'd anticipated with a $25 difference in my monthly payments! I'm getting so much more car! I am beyond happy and grateful I waited for Ryan! He made it such a smooth transaction, meeting everything I asked for and more! Monty completed the deal with explanations of everything I was signing for and Becky explaining every detail of the car before I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge and asking for Ryan Murphy when buying or leasing to get an even better deal than you anticipated! Thanks again Ryan! After 10 years and almost 250,000 I reluctantly traded in my RAV4. While I looked at other suvs and almost purchased a crosstrek whenbit came down to it, I purchased another RAV4. In using Johnston???s where all of my siblings have also purchased their cars, I knew I would feel most comfortable back there. I work with Danny and he was fantastic. He was patient and made the whole process seamless. Once I finished all the paperwork I knew I had made the right decision. Thank you Danny for such a great experience. I never liked car dealers always though they were pushy but these guys were good explained everything to the t I hope the service is just as good seem like they care about the customer
